Got my order wrong and took 15 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me and no customers inside. I even called ahead right before I showed up and he still got my order wrong. He even had a personal earbud in one ear listening to music - distracted. He kept asking me to repeat what I said, then didn't repeat it back to me, so I didn't know if he understood or not - obviously he didn't. Food tasted good, but it's not what I ordered for my wife. She wasn't happy, therefore I'm not happy. Will try other location next time.

This is probably not the only rancheritos/ betos ive had this way. But i can remember the faint taste of chemical sanitizer or something multiple times when eating at these establishments. And yet again this morning my breakfast burrito full of steak and eggs tastes like fabulouso floor cleaner. I'm worried it's a chemical hazard to my health.

Good food. Went for a breakfast burrito. Boy did it hit the spot. The food is delicious and the people are friendly and kind. If you are craving a breakfast burrito then this is a great spot.

This is one of the most disappointing Rancherito's we have ever been to. We ordered birria taco meals and the let down was epic. There was only about 1 teaspoon of meat in each taco and the meat was mostly fatty chunks. They did not pack the consomme and I had to go back for it. Sadly the consomme was mostly greese and lacked any flavor. For $26 dollars these tacos should have been worth it. Because of this experience I will never buy anything at this location again.
