We had such a wonderful experience at Red Lobster, thanks in large part to Jesus Recio, the manager on duty. He went above and beyond to help my son learn how to eat crab for the first time - patiently showing him how to crack it and making the moment feel fun and special. It’s rare to find that kind of kindness and attentiveness in a restaurant setting, especially from management. Jesus made us feel truly welcome, and that kind of service is exactly why we’ll absolutely be back. Thank you for making our night so memorable!

Absolutely horrible experience. The restaurant was almost completely empty and still waited 20 minutes to get seated. Only after being seated to wait another 30 minutes still trying to give it a chance placed our orders and my order didn't come My husband's came without a problem after him getting his food asking where mine was after waiting another 10 minutes The waitress says that the cook messed it up and is making a new one now brings out my food completely burnt unedible I try to inform her again and she rolls her eyes and under breath makes fun of my weight husband and I are very upset and ended up walking out we are absolutely not going here again rudest staff I've ever had food was on edible My husband's food ended up cold mine was absolutely charred I would give this place a zero your staff really need some more training
