Do you like Chinese fast food? Or is it "good food, made quickly". Because calling this fast food is not fair. It's good, it's fast, and this place is close to my house. I always do take out. They have a place to sit and eat, it's not a stellar dining room, but it's not horrible. Just like all places, I feel like the ham fried rice needs more soy sauce. But, that's easily fixed with those little packets.

I want my money back not only did orange chicken look burnt it smelled and tasted burnt while sesame chicken tasted like they dumped it in water after making it rice was also bad I just spend 35 on doordash on this meal seriously I want my money back

Been splurging once a month on good food..The time before this was so good..We ordered the House lo mein..So this time we ordered five orders for our very special guests from out of town and of all times to cut the quality this was horrible. The smokey taste was gone in fact there was no taste.The noodles were hacked into small pieces..Ya made me look bad..But maybe the cook was new or just didn't care like before.. Anyway friends came and left probably see them next year and will make burgers or something...

We had the Family meal for 2 and it was just ok. The crispy noodles were rock hard. The food doesn't have a lot of flavor but it is edible.

It's actually zero star that Im giving this place. I called to place a pick up order, and the first thing that the lady said was, why are you calling me? I will call the police.. i told her ive been calling coz u dont pick up the phone and i need to place an order. She said i will block your # and call the police. Rice Wok, if you don't want customers to call you then you need to stop advertising your # online and the flyers that you give out with your menu. so people will not call you. The lady was so rude. Ive never had this experience that you call a restaurant and you will get yelled at for calling to place an order. What an awful customer service .

Half of this meal was not edible and ended up in the garbage. The ham fried rice and orange chicken tastes like burnt oil. Just nasty. Such a shame, it used to be so good at this restaurant. The last few times it's been bad and this is the last time we'll go

Pleasantly surprised. Ordered via Grubhub prior to looking at reviews (rookie mistake) so I wasn’t expecting much, but the food arrived fresh, hot and flavorful. Wonton soup was great and filled with lots of veggies, meat and wontons. Honey walnut shrimp was great, mixed veggies in sauce was great as well.

I was disappointed by the quality of the food. I had the orange chicken with fried rice lunch special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

We got the General Tso's and Orange Chicken. Unfortunately, they were both the worst I've had in quite a long time. We ordered the pot stickers, and they gave us wontons instead. Their rice tasted funky, and their wontons were cold when we got them, and tasted very old. Unfortunately the food was too bad to eat/save for left overs, and I wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely horrible! Food is not the best but ok. Mediocre Chinese food and quality. Today's order was missing the sauce and the ham fried rice didn't have ham. Lady asked for us to come back so she can give the sauce and put a little ham in the container. Lunch special for all day comes with potsticker and ours didn't. When we asked she said it's no longer lunch time. Not good customer service, and the food is not good.
