Beef chow mein was 90 percent cabbage. Cashew shrimp was 90 percent veggies and 3 pieces of shrimp. Ridiculous.

I absolutely LOVE rice wok ! My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and they're easily my favorite take out ! The food is always great quality and taste as well as great staff ! I always recommend Rice Wok !

Ordered online and the pickup time was 15 minutes. We showed up after 20 minutes and was told it was almost ready, which was totally fine. After watching four different people come into the store, order, and get there food, I went to ask about my food. It was 30 minutes of waiting. I was told that we were just waiting on sweet and sour sauce and that our food was ready, which was in a bag that had been sitting on their counter for at least 20 minutes. I just told them we don’t need the sauce and finally got our food, which was cold and soggy since it had been sitting there for so long.The food itself is great, I just wish they would’ve communicated a little better on the status of our food. I probably won’t be coming back just for the wait and frustrating experience. I also felt bad because there were two door dashers that were waiting on orders to deliver and were not being paid because the store is so slow.

The food is very good and unlike other restaurants, they have a good meat to veggie balance. Also their food is not as salty and greasy as most other Chinese places. I ordered delivery and never had a problem with anything missing or not tasting amazing. Highly recommend.

We purchased our large amount of food for New Years Eve the food was ok then the food went bad that same night the food became soggy and had a horrible smell to it, I called the restaurant and the guy had the audacity to say that I was saying theses things to get free food I have never felt more disrespected than I did on that call with the guy. We had to throw the food away. Please be careful on what you’re eating. Horrible service horrible food and horrible customer service.

The orange chicken with ham fried rice is delicious! The orange chicken is different than your typical orange chicken in all the best ways!!! It is one of the best. The portions are fantastic for the price! The food has gone up in quality and flavor!! Love

Stopped in for the first time. They serve your typical Chinese takeout menu. I ordered the Orange Chicken and paid extra for the Lo Mein. The food was really good. The noodles were a little thinner than I prefer, but overall I was satisfied. The food was cooked fresh and was a large portion size.

The food is good, but guys… I asked for chicken. I just found 2 pieces of chicken in my plate, 2!!!! And the sesame chicken is just dough with a small piece of chicken in it! Do better next time!

I hadn’t ordered here in quite awhile because, like others, I thought the quality had gone downhill, after being a regular for years. But the food seems to have changed for the better. The flavor is much better and the portions were generous. I only give four stars because, as others have stated, the meat to vegetable ratio could be a bit higher. But I will definitely order again. I got the Mongolian chicken and orange chicken.
