Bella impressed the hell out of me. I went in for a peanut butter crunch bowl, my favorite, and to surprise my wife with her favorite berry crunch bowl. When I arrived Bella seemed flustered and overwhelmed with stress. I wanted to just quickly get my order and take it to my wife and get back to work. But it took Bella over 3 minutes just to get to the register to take my order.🤬 I, just like most, would normally leave mad and just for good measure leave a bad review! But I just commented that she looked like she was needing help but the other employee called out sick or something and left her to take care of everyone waiting for their morning breakfast and wanting it now without excuses or complaints. It took 30 minutes!
Many people have experienced this similar situation. I just wanted to recognize Bella and let people know that when these young adults are able to stick it out, even and especially when it is hard and you start dialogue in your head about the way you want to quit and want to scream and share all your perceived injustices with anyone and everyone who will listen. Just remember life isn't fair and you probably won't get recognized every time you go above and beyond and work hard even when you think nobody is watching. I hope people will recognize a great employee when they see one and give them the recognition they deserve so they feel more encouraged to keep up the good work. Because I have been in business for many years, and I know great employees are hard to find these days. So when you find one treat them like you want to be treated for all your hard work. Great job Bella keep up the great work!

Overall weird experience. We walked in and weren’t even acknowledged, then a man in street clothes walked in from outside, took our order, started arguing with a lady behind the counter and then they both left the building. We were also disappointed by the taste of our smoothies…. There was also a rotten smell in the store. We’ve enjoyed roxberry before but not so much this time.

I didn’t catch her name but whoever is working today (Sunday Nov 3rd) at 1:15 pm was a rock star - she had a huge rush and door dash orders that she had to tackle all by herself , and was keeping up with it all in a timely manner. She deserves something for her effort for sure - and my smoothie was made perfectly

The gentleman who took our order was very nice and polite. Some of the girls that have helped us previously have not been very nice. He made sure that I got my points for both purchases. The last time I went there the girl did not ask for my phone number, so I did not get my points! I was very pleased with the service I received this time! The gentleman was also in training! He did an excellent job!

The young girl who assisted me tonight was exceptional! Her customer service really stood out. She took the time to patiently help me select my very first Roxberry bowl and was incredibly kind throughout the process. It was refreshing to receive such pleasant and attentive service.

why did we change the bowl recipe :( used to be so good and now it tastes odd. love the staff but now i am less inclined to go here bc the açaà bowls taste so weird. what changed ?

They're really fast and the smoothies are pretty good. I'll admit sometimes the flavors are pretty similar but I think that's just the nature of adding fruit together. Like we got mango, peach, and strawberry I think in all fruit variety. So it was kind of similar tasting because some of the fruits included were overlapping. But they were all really delicious regardless
