Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru

waited 45 minutes for an acai bowl. Went in and asked for a refund after waiting 45 mins and they said the açaí machine was broken. Poor communication and customer service

Didn’t ask what size I wanted and then they finally did made me refund my account instead of just eating the $1 difference. Hope it was worth the 1 star review

No other customers but me at the moment. Absolutely slooooooow service. The worst Acai bowls and $27 spent.

27 minutes from order-to-delivery window.
Finally got to the handoff window.
They had only made one of our smoothies.
8 more minutes for second smoothie.
Handed it to me dripping *everywhere*

Late to our event.

Very disappointing experience. We waited at the front of the drive thru for over 20 minutes, just for our smoothies to be melted. They had obviously been sitting out for a while, in spite of the wait. Will not be visiting this location again.

Public Health Hazard !!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your store . First, I was given the wrong order, when I ask for 24oz Sweet Brazilian , the stuff make 16oz and said I told him the wrong order???. which was already frustrating. When I tried providing my phone number(loyalty number) , the staff kept laughing instead of assisting me properly. Their behavior was highly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for customers.

I really like the Flu Fighter for when I’m starting to feel a cold coming on. It seems to help, even if it’s just a little bit.

Such great staff and the drinks never disappoint! My favorite is the pb blast! We also tried strawberry temptation which was delicious! It was close to the texture and taste of a strawberry Icecream shake but healthier!

They make great smoothies, and the pretzels are my guilty pleasure. Life saver location because it’s right on my way to work, so I can grab something tasty that gives me plenty of energy. 10/10 love this place

We love roxberry. It’s getting pricey though. It’s nice that they still have coupons around. Our favorites are the mango mango with extra mango and the pina colada sub strawberries for the bananas. It’s nice that they let you sub out and customize your smoothie.
