The store is close and te website says they close at 10 pm and it’s closed already you need to change your hours on google or close at the time shown

BEEN going down hill. Went last week was a full house. Only 2 young girls working . Only one who was doing all the work. I saw 3 people ask of their drink was ready. Another lady asked for a refund because it took too long. This one lady asked how much longer as she has waited over 20 minutes. She turned around and STARTED to make it.
That same lady had ordered the same size and drink as me. The only working lady is either skimping corners or she really wasn't trained properly. She had made TWO 32oz smoothies in ONE blender. .. that's not how it works. The correct measurements will only fill one drink in a blender at a time. My drink was sooo runny, hers too. I told her, the other customer, wow runny today, she agreed. I can't pay almost 10 dollars for a smoothie that taste like it was half water. She fixed it but this has BEEN happening. I've given up on this location. They added food to the menu and no staff. The smoothies are taking a fall. That's the only good thing they have. Wish they would give up the food. Can Barley get the smoothies down. I also think when you hire 14 year olds you are getting help from Children.. who need an actual manager on hand..

These guys always do a good job and we love the smoothies, but tonight we showed up at 9:55 PM (5 minutes before they close supposedly) and we were told that they were closed. The signs were still lit up, so they probably had just barely closed. It’s understandable that they would want to close a little early… but you should close when you say you’re going to close.

I've only been here twice and both times my smoothie was super chunky. Nobody wants to sip on frozen chunks of fruit in every sip.

Wow, I cannot believe I haven’t had Roxberry before. My wife and I decided to try it out after dinner and I am so glad we did. I ordered the blues raspberry one and my wife got the mango smooth and it was out of this world. I’ve had smoothies at Jamba Juice before which was good but Roxberry in my opinion taste better. The flavor was incredible and it even had chunks of fruit in there. I even added a shot of whey protein and multi vitamins which was a nice option to have. This has become my new favorite smoothie spot. You need to try it for yourself!

I went to Roxberry today (September 6, 2025) around 7:20 PM and waited more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru for just two juices. Eventually, I went inside, and the store was completely empty. There were three employees there.

When I asked for a refund, the cashier tried but couldn’t complete it. Either way, it shows a lack of training and poor customer service.

Roxberry used to be a good company, but based on this experience and seeing similar reviews with no action taken, it’s clear the management doesn’t care. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

waited 45 minutes for an acai bowl. Went in and asked for a refund after waiting 45 mins and they said the açaí machine was broken. Poor communication and customer service

Didn’t ask what size I wanted and then they finally did made me refund my account instead of just eating the $1 difference. Hope it was worth the 1 star review
