Im not a picky eater when it comes to pizza but it’s just one of the most disappointing pizzas ive had ( I tried pepperoni and cheese on multiple occasions) , that sounds harsh and the pizza all in all is not terrible but it’s not satisfying. pizza ain’t that complicated, it’s way too greasy maybe switch up the cheese or the spices please it’s too strong and is worse when eaten as leftovers. It’s got to be better than your most basic competitor and for pizza places it’s Little Caesars. I’m sorry but Little C is little bit better. Looks good though

It's NEVER open before noon. It's stunningly stupid. Here it is summer, kids abound, ppl wanting to eat at the mall and they're dark. Great food when it fits into your schedule, but if you're an early eater this isn't an option.

There was food out but the store was not open. It was 2:00 on a very busy Saturday. . This is not the first time the store has been closed during Mall hours. Management needs to know how much money they are losing when employees aren’t opening the store and selling food.
It was a great experience I absolutely loved the new barbeque pizza also the staff is great from the kindness to the experience! But one person in particular caught my eye his name was Josh something. He was extremely kind and protective over his other coworkers! He is rather quiet but amazing none the less this man deserves a raise or a manger position he needs to be higher up! Thank you for the good pizza Sbarro!

Food was good for most of the pizza. The Hawaiian was not top teir... but overall fine place. Lackluster customer service bring this to a 3 over all. They also allow refills. Love that ?

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I don’t know what all the bad views are about. Either they’ve gotten better staff or something’s changed because the individuals I interacted with were both professional, courteous, and timely. Fantastic pizza and great service. I’ve never been here before but thought it was a great find for the quality of pizza. 5 ?
