There was food out but the store was not open. It was 2:00 on a very busy Saturday. . This is not the first time the store has been closed during Mall hours. Management needs to know how much money they are losing when employees aren’t opening the store and selling food.

It was a great experience I absolutely loved the new barbeque pizza also the staff is great from the kindness to the experience! But one person in particular caught my eye his name was Josh something. He was extremely kind and protective over his other coworkers! He is rather quiet but amazing none the less this man deserves a raise or a manger position he needs to be higher up! Thank you for the good pizza Sbarro!

Food was good for most of the pizza. The Hawaiian was not top teir... but overall fine place. Lackluster customer service bring this to a 3 over all. They also allow refills. Love that ?

Made a $150 order via Doordash. They screwed up everything they could. Half the order missing, half the order wrong or bad. Didn't get Stromboli, Mac and cheese, breadsticks, or ziti. Got two wrong pizzas, one we can't eat due to food sensitivities. Got cheesecake not chocolate cake, and the berry sauce they sent with it was rotten. Only thing right was the spaghetti, so one person got their meal. Others ate the plain cheese due to hunger and frustration, but it's not what we ordered. Family very mad and hungry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The manager in charge of the restaurant is definitely doing everything he can to keep the business afloat. Since in the end he acts as a cashier, manages the oven and at the same time acts as customer service.

Brinton was shift supervisor and was slow. He burnt our food then tried wrapping it up hoping we wouldn't notice. After telling him he recorded one of the items . Not a good experience. Management should be better than this. Won't be going back.
Good pizza. Overpriced. Long waits when there are little to no lines. Find it odd that even with the overpriced slices, the side of Mac n cheese costs more than the main.

I was super hungry at the mall and I could smell pizza from the food court and it made me really hungry. When I got up there to look at the pizza, however, it looked super old and not appetizing at all.

Pretty grossed out with both women working today. I get that you guys probably wash your hands before touching the dough bare hands but she was wearing a big white balled bracelet and my boyfriend noticed she had rings on as well. We saw the dough touch her jewelery as she was tossing it around. We ended up leaving. Both the girls had very loose hair falling out of their ponytails which can easily fall into food and I mean it was very loose. I've taken my food handlers permit and know this isn't okay. Please talk to the girls. They probably wipe their butt with that jewelery on.

Wow. When I went into the mall today I didn’t know what to expect, but I certainly wasn’t ready to meet some of Gods strongest warriors.Brandon and Sara made this whole experience worth it. I thought the pizza was gonna be a little underwhelming but the way they handled things made it worth it. No longer do I think this pizza is too expensive for what it’s worth, no no. This pizza pulled through and was well above its price.
