The chicken is way better than Pollo Loco. The Mac salad is the best too. The Salsa and pepper ?️ are just wonderful. You can't beat this place for the quality, service, and price. Just one thing went wrong. They forgot to put the tortillas in the bag.

I ordered at 12:30pm, 12/16/23#1: chicken was too old. I know it’s hard to throw out leftovers but the meat was very hard to eat. The chicken is not whole as they say, the order was missing the thighs, the beans are from cans without salt, very tasteless, the macaroni are boiled noodles with mayonnaise and without salt. We saw the order at home because the bag had the knots very tight to open it. Actually WASTED MONEY, better a MARUCHAN

Lived in Orem 12 years and have wanted to come here the past 4 years. I'm more of a $2-3 lunch kind of guy but decided to treat myself to the carne asada fries and they didn't disappoint. I can't speak for the other food but I imagine they are good as well. It was around $11 or $12.
This place is clean, the service is friendly (mild language barrier) and the chicken is great. The beans leave a little to be desired but the rice the grilled onions and the salsas are fantastic. I have been here a few times now and I get the half chicken meal and split it with my kids. The chicken is juicy and well seasoned. If you get the burritos, or the quesadillas you will need to look out for bone fragments or fatty chunks. So far that’s been the only negative parts of my experiences. The Tamales are also fantastic.
One of the million reason, I do not recommend this spot is simple, The foooooodd was very bad!! The chicken was dry!!! The beans had no flavor nor the rice!! As soon as you open the door, there was zero smell!!! Service stunk!! No way am I e er coming back to this place.. I did NO want to add a star because it sucked ballz!!!

I'm glad i discovered this place, the chicken is grilled to perfection it was nice and moist and seasoned very well. I think the best part was the salsa they have goes very well with the chicken and rice. The service is also very good when I ordered I got my food very quickly.Overall great food, great service 10/10 Almost forgot to mention the restaurant was also clean and organized. After reading all the reviews for this place thought we would give it a try.. Well it was really really disappointing. The chicken taste like rotasary chicken from Sam's Club. The tortilla chips were dry an over done. Food was salty and flavorless.Guess you can't trust reviews
