this has always been my favorite boba shop! but i just can’t give it 5 stars. i haven’t been here in months solely on the fact that it just hasn’t been open! mon-sat, morning, afternoon or night, it doesn’t matter when i come, they’re NEVER open!!! it’s so disappointing :((

I’m so sad I was so excited to see this boba place come to Orem. But every time I go they are closed!!! I’ve only personally gone once and don’t understand there inconsistent hours and days open. There is another boba place next to sprouts if anyone needs boba.

I want to love this place so so much. The drinks are so good and the owner is fantastic. That said, its never worth the drive because they're never open. I've driven there probably 6 times within the last two months within their posted hours. Its only been open once out of those six times. It just really disappoints me because I want to go and get drinks and love this place, but it just almost always fails me.

This is my favorite boba in the state, but the hours are so inconsistent that it makes it nearly impossible to go here. I have been 3 different times now (during written open hours), and they have been closed. There will sometimes be a note on the door saying they are closed, but the google hours will say they are open. As a business, it is not hard to update google hours. They are also closed on Saturday..???
Feels like this place is gonna go out of business. Every time I show up this place is closed. Guess Kung Fu and the other boba places are displacing Sharetea. This shopping center isn't a great location anymore, that might be unfortunately why.

I am sorry for the employee there. Only guy working. Because of that I stood waiting to order for a long time, before ordering then waiting 20 more minutes for my drink which was 1.made incorrectly 2.gross 3.separated in a very unappetizing way almost immediately upon ordering.
I hope the guy isn't penalized for this review, but I will not be ordering here again.

I love this place so much! This is the only place that I ever get boba from. I never used to like boba, but when I tried this place with my mom I fell in love with it! The boba is never hard in the center! I hope everything is okay with the owners family. I will stay supporting this small business because there is no other boba place in Utah county that makes good boba. Please open back up soon I miss it so much!
