I loved this place. Bummer it is closed

Used to come here all the time when I was younger, and decided to try it again. I used to love their chicken tenders and fries, so I ordered that, left the restaurant to go home and eat it, and mid bite realized they gave me fish and chips. So went back and got the right food, and it was absolutely horrible. Tasted like freezer burnt chicken tenders, and definitely not worth the money.

Everything comes hot (be careful!) and super fresh. Large fish portions and I love the chowder. Hubby uses the loyalty program so we get deals and freebies. They have fry sauce, cocktail sauce, ketchup, tartar sauce, bbq and vinegar to dress everything up. Employees are super polite. Don't like the music much, but it's got nice new seating and feels more open and airy than before.

Best fish I’ve ever had in Utah. “That’s not a very high bar” you say. It’s true, most fish in Utah tastes like I drove it here myself in the back of my Elantra without ice. But no. This fish was actually good, and the milkshake was delicious. The hush puppies were tiny but tasty. We got the English style fish and it was super delicious!

It was as good as I remember.

Good fish chips and chowder for a fast food joint.

A mainstay of old fish house franchises. Last visited a skipper's 20 years ago and the restaurant theme, menu, and food quality is same as ever. Nice low-stress, family-friendly atmosphere.

Food was great. Service was good. Cleanliness was fine.

Food was pretty good. Staff was friendly. I ordered some cheese sticks that were a lot harder than I thought they would be but for the most part, all the food we ordered was great.

If you want greasy food and salty. This is the place. Good but remember not healthy.

Get the "English" style battered fish. The other style has a gooey "paste" between the fish and the batter on one side. Excellelt clam chowder. Awesome and helpful cook at this location!! He's been there off and on for a long time.

The service was excellent..the food was just as expected. Even the music was enjoyable.

Excellent service, clean, mellow atmosphere. The food is decent, reasonably tasty, but gets pricey very quickly if you want more than a 2 piece fish order. Recipes taste the same today as they did 30+ years ago.

The food is great they have a variety and places clean and they have nice people.
