The visit would have probably been an “ok” visit but the service was absolutely terrible. I should have walked out after being greeted by nothing but a rude stare by the girl in the saggy shirt at the front. Only reason we proceeded to order was because my daughter was hungry. My husband walked out. In fact, she never opened her mouth to greet us or acknowledge us. Just stared at us until we ordered. The coffee and food was ok, nothing special- could definitely get more for the prices somewhere else (and much better service).

I've loved this place for the months i've lived at parkway lofts. Todays experience was unfortunately not the best. I came in and there wasn't a terrible line maybe 1 or 2 people in front of me. I ordered a Mango Lassi, Antisocial Iced Coffee (20 oz), Vanilla Cannoli, and a Nutella Cake. I am going to probably toss this up to a fluke, or, someone is having a rough day. I ordered and waited patiently and even thanked them for the food. I have never had this issue so I didn't even think to check the accuracy of the food. I got a Nutella Cannoli instead of the cake which is double the price. (the price I paid). None the less other than the 30 - 45 minute wait to get my 2 drinks and the food I genuinely have loved this place. I have a sour taste in my mouth from the messed up drink (mango lassi tasted like it didn't have mango in it) and paying for an item and getting something lower in value. It is ok. I will probably still go back again eventually. Just not a good day I suppose. (realistically today was a 1 star but, the multiple 5 star in and out seamless purchases made me not want to go that low)

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There was no sense of urgency or service. Extremely rude and would not speak to us. Would never ever go here again. Never got my iced coffee and had to wait over 20 minutes to get a refund. Awful!

I love this place, especially during the workday since there are always seats available and very bright!!!
The staff are so sweet and bring your drinks over to your table which is super nice. Drinks and food are fairly priced and taste awesome, my favorite is the coconut coldbrew

I had high expectations for this place after seeing the owner’s video advertising, but it was disappointing. I’ve been there a couple of times, and it’s always empty with very limited food options. The last time, the girl who served me looked either sleepy or sick and didn’t seem interested in taking care of customers. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

The coffee and food were fairly priced! The baked goods were great. The dining area was pretty slow but it still took a while to get our food and coffee, but it tasted great. The dining area is the highlight of the place. It’s always decorated for the holidays and it’s great for pictures.
