I don't know if it's because of the age of those they serve, but on several occasions I've had to make some kind of complaint and the guys just look at each other and don't provide a solution, I bought one thing, they turned out to give me another, I just realized I was already far away because I had several drinks and when I made the complaint, they didn't even ask for an excuse, it was just something like, we can't do anything now, they should have reported it at the time.

I had the best experience... been to several different ones, but I was treated so kindly by a Kendyl. She was cheerful and so patient as I had a hard time deciding... she wins best customer service.... Most places don't have the kindness that she exudes! Thank you! I'll be back.. hoping all the staff is this friendly! Menu great as well!

If you look at the prices, they're truly fair for the portions (ounces and ingredients) . It's not necessarily for everyone, but anyone who's curious, it's an affordable place to try the unique soda blends. This has a drive through as well as an odd "knock on the door when you're ready to order" way of purchasing

They actually had horchata. The other one in Provo does not nor do they ever. I always come at the beginning of the month for the new cookie and I also loved the Taylor Swift sugar cookie! I'm impressed by this Sodalicious!
