Depends on the day i guess. Some days the hamburgers taste fresh, other days they taste microwaved and 3 days old. I couldnt eat the one burger it was nasty.

It took them more than 20 minutes to give me 2 drinks. I ordered 2 Limeades and waited in heat because i had walked there. It was 95°F today. They literally attended other customers who had arrived later before me. I was the only person on foot.
Whoever was the manager today, you're straight up ridiculous and incompetent. Hailee served multiple orders to other customers before me and was the one to eventually serve me 25 minutes later.
You guys need to be taught common courtesy if it takes you that long to serve someone who's in the heat. This location and the people who served me are missing basic etiquette. It's Orem UT, so why should i even be surprised?
Update: I went to sonic again and ordered thru the app. I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru line just to have a ridiculously salty burger that was inedible. Bro why do you guys even hire these grown children who dont even know how to work much less cook and serve?

I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten there. To be honest I've never had their slushies and alike though. Also, a heads up that when ordering a large shake, they aren't kidding, they are definitely large.
