Unfortunately this Starbucks isn’t the greatest. Have now been 3 separate times at 8 AM, driven all the way there, to then find out they’re closed. The hours are listed on their sign and the website are 7 AM, so they shouldn’t be opening over an hour later. Their drinks are also much more watered down compared to the other Starbucks locations.

For the same price of the breakfast sandwich and the drink, might as well have gone go Mickey Ds and gotten better food and drink.
Starbucks now is not the same as before. It's become too corporate and has lost its soul.

They mess up my order. The worst one was when I ordered 2 blended drinks and there wasn't any coffee in it. Idk how that can happen, but I went home and added espresso myself and it was tasty. The service seemed preoccupied or distracted that day. Other times I feel like I'm bothering them. I just can trust this location anymore.

Went in looking for a special cup. They did not have it but Shawna took the time to find out what it was and even looked it up for me. Out of the 5 Starbucks I visited she and the staff was the only one who took time to talk with me. Oh. And the Pumkin Spice iced was very good

Today, I visited the Starbucks at 175 W Center St, Orem, with excitement to purchase the new slime tumbler cups. My experience took an unfortunate turn due to the unprofessionalism of the store manager. When I first sought to speak with her, I was misled by an employee, seemingly under her direction, who claimed he didn’t know her whereabouts, only to discover she was indeed in the back the entire time.When I finally managed to address my concerns with her regarding the tumbler release date, she not only refuted the advertised release day but, shockingly, chose to walk away mid-conversation while I was still speaking. This level of dismissiveness and lack of respect is not what I, or any customer, should expect from a reputable brand like Starbucks.The overall lack of transparency, coupled with the manager’s abrupt behavior, left me deeply disappointed. I departed without the anticipated product and with serious reservations about returning to this particular location. I sincerely hope that future patrons receive the quality service that Starbucks is known for.Time visited 09/12/23 8:00 AM

I usually come in here to get my breakfast for work but not to sure if i want to anymore… i went in this morning and asked for a Venti dragon drink and a bacon egg and gouda sandwich without bacon. I was being super polite when i ordered and the girl who was working rudely told me “the sandwich comes with bacon”. I know it comes with bacon but usually when i order it without the bacon there isn't a problem… so i asked if she could just take it off for me and then she rolled her eyes at me like i was making everything more difficult for her… I seriously felt so embarrassed because while she continued to make the drink and sandwich she kept giving me dirty looks and would roll her eyes at me and everyone in public could see how rude she was being to me for no reason…? no managers were present either, but like hell if i was about to ask for one and cause a scene. I would be mortified? just wish i didnt get treated the way i did this morning because all i wanted was breakfast before i had to go to work…
