I just went through the drive through, but our order was taken very nicely. And our drinks were delicious and very prompt. And we got our dog a pup cup. And they loved our puppy. Very friendly.

This starbucks location did my husband's coffee exactly the way he asked! Usually he is very disappointed because no one can make it the way he wants (either is watery or they forget to add something) but he was absolutely happy this time. Also my matcha latte was PERFECT as well, no need to add anything to it. Thank you so much for making our experience 10/10 !

I get it, working a minimum wage job isn’t great but the least we can do is still be nice to each other. We all work hard for our money and at the very least I would expect my drink to be made close to what we requested. We are still people at the end of the day and being mean after we ask you to remake it is unnecessary. It’s not like it cost you anything to remake it.

Just had the WORST EXPERIENCE! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Steamer on doordash, incase anyone isnt aware steamers are typically HOT. What i RECEIVED was some drink over ice, clearly not what i ordered. I also had coffee in my drink, even though the pumpkin spice cream steamer is coffee free. This is DANGEROUS as I avoid caffeine, it interacts with my medication.
I couldn’t get a refund on doordash for some reason so I called the store and asked for a manager, to see if they could speak to doordash via their storefront tools.
I spoke to shift lead MADDY HARDY (not sure on spelling) who told me 1. There was nothing she could do, which is fine. I then asked if she could have a manager call me back, and she told me no, the manager *MIGHT* be in around one PM, and I could just try calling then. SERIOUSLY? you guys mess up My order that i PAID FOR and you cant even have the manager give me a call back? You expect me to play phone tag? Do not order at this Starbucks. The others in the area have always been wonderful.

I went to Starbucks the 1st time in Lima Peru in December and got the peppermint mocha. I get it all the time in the states and this location. I returned to Peru to marry on 07/26/24 I went to Starbucks every morning. Bought coffee mugs for Cusco but they don't have peppermint. So I will always get it in the states. Wish they had cups of Utah's locations on their coffee mugs like Peru's locations do
