Friendly service which is great! However, my order has been wrong or needed to be corrected several times.

Especially with us being in Utah and many people not drinking coffee, I think it's important for partners to clarify drinks that may or may not have coffee in them. I ordered a caramel brulee creme- nearly got charged for a caramel brulee latte. I also ordered a white hot chocolate- was nearly charged for a white mocha. I didn't notice that they rung through a regular hot chocolate in its place.

This has happened a few times in the last few months, not just a one-off event.

Been very disappointed in this Starbucks location the last few times i’ve gone. Today I ordered a Grande hot caramel brulee latte. My cup was only filled half way and tasted like straight chemical. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I had already gotten home before I realized they shorted me on my drink and how terrible it tasted. Very disappointed that they were willing to serve this drink to a customer.

UPDATE: 11/29 decided to go to this location again. This was a bad decision on my part. This is how my Matcha was served to me. Extremely clumpy. Sorry if i’m paying almost $8 for a drink, I expect their to not be clumps. Also I asked them to remake it and this is what they gave me.

Everything was excellent today. It was my daughter’s birthday & we were able to meet up for a quick early coffee before her class. The person working the register (maybe Julian?) was kind & pleasant (& brave when having to look under the huge urn!). It also was my 1st Peppermint Mocha of the season & it was the best I’ve had in a few years!

Store closes before closing time every single time. I’ve gone three times before closing (15 to 10 mins before) and they won’t serve you, they say they are closed well before 9 PM. This needs to be looked into if staff is choosing to do this without upper management authorization.

Didnt say anywhere that inside was closed. I mobile ordered and then had to wait in drive thru line for 15 mnts as my drink just sat there. UNACCEPTABLE
