Ordered through the drive thru today at 2:30pm and received awful customer service, the person on drive thru was extremely rude. She didn’t give me my exact order and when I asked for no stopper, she gave me a stopper, out of spite (or so it felt like). I’m not sure what the employees problem with me or with life was, but I was disappointed to not have received the drink I paid for.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. I'm not sure what the workers' issues are with me, but I simply asked for a warm beverage, and they made it dangerously hot while talking about me. This could've been extremely dangerous due to the temperature of the drink and the immaturity displayed by the staff. I gave it back and told them I asked for warm because you could feel the piping heat through the cup, and they gave me my remade drink ice cold. What even is that behavior? Then the manager, Andrew, proceeded to be very unprofessional by allowing this nonsense. I came to get a drink, not attitude. The service was terrible. Reading the previous reviews, I see that the same staff has caused issues for other customers as well. I hope the manager, the two ladies, one with the questionable hair choices, are dealt with because this experience was terrible.

They lost one star because the bathroom was closed and you have to put a code inn, makes you feel not really welcomed. Other than that sweet stuff.

Loved stopping by here. The boy at the window with short brown hair (I think his name was Joey?) was super nice and patient with me when I wasn't sure what to get, and recommended his favorite drink and the blonde girl who made it did a great job! He even chatted with me while I waited for my drink which was nice. I'll be back!
Starbucks is not my thing. I went in with , a friend who was visiting. As he ordered Starbucks coffee I said what do non coffee drinkers drink. They gave me a Frappuccino or something. 490 cal. Didn’t drink it all, but it tasted great
And the egg bites were delicious.

Got a white chocolate mocha for Annie, as soon as I came to the counter Julia and the one with a few strands of blue hair were talking. Julia rolled her eyes at me, and went over to take my order. As soon as my order was done they put whipped cream instead of sweet cream cold foam. Brought this up politely to them and as they walked away they pressed the button on their headset so they could communicate with each other. I know they were talking about me because the both of them kept glancing over the coffee machine while talking.
