This is a FANTASTIC Subway! They really saved me when I was in a time crunch and needed 3 platters of sandwiches. THANK YOU to the awesome staff who helped me and saved the day. You guys are great and I am so so grateful for their hard work!

Terrible service! Came in at 6:00 p.m. on a sunday. The store is still open for another hour. He already had the restrooms closed I asked him I said to the restrooms closed can we use it he said no they're not available you'll have to go over to Taco bell. Well maybe next time I'll go over to Taco Bell and order my food there too. This guy's a real jerk. This is one of the worst subways I've ever seen in my life the food tastes terrible the help is awful they're closing the restroom you can't even use the restroom. By law they're supposed to have that restroom open while the store is open. Obviously the kid cleaned it early and he just didn't want to go through the effort to have to clean it again so he just decided to close it . After our sandwiches were made he just left them on the counter and walked into the back room and said nothing I finally had to get his attention and say hey are these are sandwiches here? And he goes oh yeah they must be yours. What a jerk

The only reason I’m writing this is because their customer service sucks. I contacted them about my terrible experience and they said “sorry we will tell our team members.” No offers to make up for it no compensation. Not impressed at all.

I waited 10 minutes for service not one employee out front! I heard all the employees talking and laughing in the back. I even tried to use the employee entrance to get their attention. It wasn’t until a man in the Resturant watching, went and opened and closed the front door many times for the bell to ring then all 3 employees come up to help. I was there on 8/12/25 at 1:00-1:25 pm. Manager, please check on these employees. You are paying them to play and not work. One star is way too kind.

Good food and good people/ service but the back bathroom door didn't work good at all and I was walked in on. Apparently I didn't know how to lock doors, you have to force it harder or something, but it shouldn't have to be that way 🤷

I don’t mean to be the guy that shows up shortly before closing, I didn’t realize they closed at 9. I showed up at 8:53 as an employee was wiping down the front door, but once he saw me and my wife approached the door (like as I was reaching my hand out to open it) he immediately locked the door and turned around and walked away without any acknowledgment. I get if everything was put away I wouldn’t have no problem politely being turned away. But getting locked out and not even any eye contact as i’m trying to open the door is crazy.

In this place there is a Chilean woman who I hope you never run into. I ordered food with my family at 8:00 pm and this woman, whose name was Fiorella or Fabiolla, couldn't read the name correctly. She told me that I couldn't eat in the place because they were cleaning and closing, causing inconvenience and I responded that the place closed at 9 pm, not at 8 pm, and she responded with a bad attitude and continued cleaning while my family and I ate

This places sucks bad. The completely got mine and my wife's order wrong. It literally looks like they scraped the ingredients from my sandwich out and put them on my wife's. Half of the ingredients on my wife's sandwich she cannot even have right now. Complete waste. Bad customer service, they have not picked up the phone so I could complain and get this worked out. These people call themselves sandwich artists 🤣🤣🤣🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 Please they are far from it. Get people in there that can actually make a sandwich right. From what I saw in the comments, I am not the only one who has this issue. You guys need to hire people who can actually do their damn job or just shut this location down with how many dissatisfied customers Subway has from this location. Who cares if the store is remodeled. You guys just gave a good looking work environment to some shitty employees 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

Online order was completely wrong and it seems like employees did everything in their power to not correct it or make a new one, seems like many others are having the same problem, don’t go here, drive a little further and go to a different locatio, it’ll be worth it.

This location is a joke. Me and my husband showed up at 6:25 on a Sunday. Their hours show they close at 7pm but apparently the employees pick and choose when they want to work or not. The employee personally watched us pull up and park and locked the doors. Then shook his head when we tried to open the doors. Very aggravating. I will never support this location again.

Do not go here! 1 star is way to generous. Employees barely speak English and are argumentative and rude! Had an online order and they completely messed it up. We got home with our order (20 mins away) the sandwiches were not even close to what we ordered and they were sloppy and looked disgusting. I call them to figure out what to do and finally get ahold of them after many many tries and the guy says they gave us the wrong order. Then he tells me to hold on and he hangs up! I try calling again and no answer many times. Finally get an answer and the same guy answers with just a “hello” and I asked him why he hung up on me and he said “we are busy.” I said that doesn’t give you the right to hang up on me and he said “well we are busy I don’t know what to tell you.” We go back to get a refund and they refuse to give us a refund and wanted us to take the “original” order that had been sitting for an hour at that point. They refused to let us speak to a manager so now we are out money.
