The employees were extremely rude and lied about the soda machine being broken... So we got sodas from the fridge instead, they tasted bad and were EXPIRED. Terrible location.

I normally frequent this subway because it’s the closest one to my house. If it were up to me, I would never go to this one again, but location is important. I always seem to have some kind of problem when I go here. Today, one of the employees began making my sandwich as well as the customer behind me. Once the meat and cheese were on the bread, they stopped putting our sandwiches together and started sweeping the floor right where our sandwiches were sitting. I even got their attention and asked them why they were sweeping while our sandwiches were still in the process of being made. He continued to explain to me while it was more important for him to clean the floors than to finish our sandwiches and that “it wasn’t his job“, while myself and be customer behind me Watched him make a huge cloud of dust right on top of our sandwiches. We had to wait at least five more minutes until the employee that was on the register could finish our sandwiches. Such terrible customer service!

Horrible experience. Gone in asking for a sub that was being promoted. Worker didn’t even know how to make it so I had to ask for something different. Place looked extremely dirty and the workers gloves looked like he hadn’t changed them from making previous sandwiches while also working and touching the keyboard of the cash register. I shouldn’t have eaten the sandwich at all but I did. I ended up getting food poisoning and tested for food borne illness. Do not go to this location. I have contacted the health inspection department.
Sat in the drive thru for over half an hour - cars in front and behind so was stuck and couldn’t move. They didn’t bother giving updates of time/expextations - just left us sitting there. Tried to call and got no answer.

Honestly pathetic experience, we go through the drive through and there was two cars in front of us that order and got there food in under 5 minutes, then our car waits 17 minutes before we are even helped and at this point there is 3 cars behind us. The guy “helping” us takes a minute between everything we say. He asks what bread do we want and then tells us they don’t have it then long story short it takes this guy 5 minutes before we even get to the veggies so we just leave. Honestly patheticly slow, suprized it’s still in business

Went in at 1 am and the guy working was super friendly! He listened and made sure to double check if he wasn’t sure about anything. My food ended up perfect and I am super pleased with my experience!

horrible experience, went to the drive through, ordered a BLT (BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATO) the girl asked if i wanted any other vegetables and i said no, and this is what i got, pathetic store

Holy shit I doordashed and they didn’t get 1 single thing right about the order. Im genuinely wondering if I have a personal enemy who works there and saw my name pop up and made sure my order was wrong in every way.

Subway is always good choice for fast and easy food. This location was not busy as we went around 1:45-2:00. Inside was a little dirty with food and other things on floor. Some tables hadn’t been wiped off after guest had sat there. Workers were nice and friendly. And eager to help make food.
Parking: It’s kind of a tricky spot to get into. Parking lot is small and is shared with another business.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome

2nd time ordering at this location and the bread for my sandwich is as hard as a rock.

Communication was hard because of the language barrier. I asked for light sauce and that was disregarded. The extra cheese was supposed to be two different kinds, but it was all the same. Ruined the sandwich. If workers don’t understand the order it’s OK to ask for clarification.

I ordered a sandwich from their recommended and they gave me a completely different sandwich with only the chicken in it. Never going to this place again. Zero vegetables or anything just chicken. This for 12 dollars is atrocious.

Honestly the worst people and worst service. First off they don’t know their own menu, the difference between a wrap and sandwich…that was our experience a few weeks ago. Went back today and the microphone in the drive-thru was broken so we drove forward and asked if we could put in our order with the person right there instead of through the mic. Then they said they couldn’t take the orders because it would distract from customers in the store; as if we weren’t a customer as well. This was all while the two girls running the drive-thru in the back were goofing off and laughing instead of coming to help. This location needs some serious training or new employees that actually know how to do their job. They have to take an order and make a sandwich. Not that hard.
