The employees were arguing with me and my friends about the new happy Gilmore cup that we paid extra for. They made their sandwiches incorrectly and we felt uncomfortable in there while we were eating because the employees just kept being rude

If I could give this place no stars, I would. We were the only people in the drive thru and we sat at the ordering spot for 25 minutes before they even took our order. It then took at least 15 minutes for the boy to take our order. I wish I was exaggerating when I say we had to say the meat, cheese, veggies, and sauces of our first two sandwiches (which were basically three ingredients each for our kids) at least FIVE TIMES before the guy stopped asking. We just gave up halfway through the rest of our order because he could not figure out how to correctly enter any part of our sandwich order.

We will never be returning to this Subway location. It was the sandwich trip from hell.

I normally love this location. I went after work so it was the night shift but the employee constantly picked at his face and nose while making my sandwich while not wearing gloves. It was disgusting. He was very friendly but I don’t really care about friendliness if my sandwich is covered in your face germs

Came here at 1030 pm and they were super nice and made me the best subway sandwich I've had in years. ( no joke lol)

Not impressed at all first time there. And I doubt I will go back! we bought a good amount of sandwiches for a family activity and every sandwich had stale bread. Definitely was a waste of our money and our time to order!

I normally frequent this subway because it’s the closest one to my house. If it were up to me, I would never go to this one again, but location is important. I always seem to have some kind of problem when I go here. Today, one of the employees began making my sandwich as well as the customer behind me. Once the meat and cheese were on the bread, they stopped putting our sandwiches together and started sweeping the floor right where our sandwiches were sitting. I even got their attention and asked them why they were sweeping while our sandwiches were still in the process of being made. He continued to explain to me while it was more important for him to clean the floors than to finish our sandwiches and that “it wasn’t his job“, while myself and be customer behind me Watched him make a huge cloud of dust right on top of our sandwiches. We had to wait at least five more minutes until the employee that was on the register could finish our sandwiches. Such terrible customer service!
