This subway is so horrible. I placed an order through the app I ordered 2 sandwiches when it was delivered I was missing a sandwich and the sandwich that I did receive was the incorrect one. I tried calling multiple times hours before they close and they have never answered. I’ve continuously tried to call after and still no answer. I don’t know what the problem is that they can’t even pick up the phone I have been submitting complaints trying to get a refund and no luck who knows if I will ever get my money back I was ripped off. I want my money back !

The service is really bad. I’ve gone like three times in the afternoon to both Subway locations on campus since they’re the closest to me, and there’s never anyone there to take orders, it just says “open.” It looks like they only handle online orders. My friend got her order made, but every time I go, there’s no one around. They really need to pay more attention to that.

I arrived at Orem store 1264 w universit pkwy around 8:30am drive through. The auto system came on and then I waited and waited. Spoke several times and nothing. They open @7am and no one was there. As I was in the drive through a young man runs behind the intercom station to put in a code or grab a key to get in the building. He didnt say anything to me. I pulled around and he slighly opens the window and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I asked you guys are open at 7am correct. He said Yes but said he doesnt know what happened with the person that was supposed to be there. And said he will be ready in half hour. I dont know if it was him that was late or someone else that didnt show up. Either way I wonder how many people came through and wasted the same amount of time I did. I for sure want manager of that store to reach out because that was unacceptable.
The worst! One star doesn’t seem right. Ordered on-line. No one in the store would acknowledge the order. Waited 45 minutes while they made dozens of other orders from walk-ins. Should have done that - would have been much faster. 3 people “working”. One sat and watched the other 2. Used to think they had the best sandwiches, but not worth the frustration. It should take one an hour to make a sandwich!!

I asked for a little bit of mayo and mustard on my sandwich. A little. They put so much on my sandwich I had to throw it in the garbage. Overflowing and dripping a mayo/mustard mixture. Very unsatisfied. And still hungry

Bro imagine the subway employee telling you why is your gf paying after you spent hundreds of dollars on her the entire weekend and your gf explained that to him but he responds with “still..” like bro works at subway making $16 an hour, has a huge mole on his face and god knows he hasn’t taken a shower. Like bro can’t keep up with himself💀
