Inside there’s a giant neon sign that says “hottest buns in utah”. The actual bun we got was not only incredibly dry and bland but not even a little warm like at all. As if it has been sitting out all week

Hot take I think Cinnabon taste better, but don’t be discouraged by that because for me Cinnabon is like immortally good so that leaves lots of room for this place. We had their most popular roll, and it was nice!
I wish it were warm, it really wasn’t, and the cream was only on top. I like when cream is throughout so that it’s not dry on the inside.
Nice place and nice people though! Check it out for yourself!

I’m now obsessed with this place. The cinnamon rolls are SO GOOD. perfect size and when they warm them up, it’s so good! My favorite is the cream cheese. It’s so good. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing 😍. Freshly made and served with a smile. Cute little shop. Tried all 4 options. The cougar was the favorite followed by the original. A delicious delightful treat.

This is the cutest place! You walk in and the wall is covered in the funnest movie scenes with the sweet rolls photoshopped in them.
The cinnamon rolls are on the pricier side but they are delicious.
We were welcomed by the cutest mini worker too.
The ambiance was so delightful all the way to the bathrooms! Cutest wallpaper also.
It’s fun to try out a fun place and enjoy a sweet yummy treat!

I stopped in today because my wife insisted I had to try these “amazing” cinnamon rolls. Well… amazing must mean something different in her dictionary.
First impression? Sticker shock. Nearly $5 for a roll that looked more like a snack than breakfast. Still, I gave it a shot and ordered the maple and cream cheese rolls, hoping they’d blow my mind.
They were good — don’t get me wrong — but not “sell a kidney to afford another one” good. At that size and price, I left hungrier for value than for sugar.
Bottom line: tasty, but overpriced. I’ll let someone else bankroll the “amazing” experience next time.
I purchased the “original” cinnamon roll. Dough was tender, frosting was good not overwhelming the roll. Amount of cinnamon was about right, though like a bit more myself. On balance a good experience.

I would happily give this location five stars because the product is really good. However, my wife likes a little extra frosting with her cinnamon rolls, who doesn’t? I asked the staff if I could buy some extra frosting and they had to call their manager to see if that was OK. The manager said no. They don’t sell extra frosting.
Seriously? It’s an easy upsell. Put some frosting in a 2 ounce container with a lid and charge a dollar for it. It’s a profitable add-on, and why would you tell your customer no on something so simple as extra frosting at a cinnamon roll restaurant?
Perhaps there is some grand explanation as to why this is not something the business wants to do, but I walked out of the restaurant extremely disappointed for what seems like a very fulfillable ask.
