We are from out of town so maybe we are spoiled but the service was not good at all. No smiles from our waiter, he only came to ask about the food one time and just seemed not thrilled to be working. The sushi rolls were fishy, mainly the seaweed:( unfortunate because we love sushi!!

We love Sushi Up. When we moved to Utah County 2 years ago, we had to find a sushi place. We were a bit skeptical because it is in a strip mall (across from Taco Bell), but don't let that deter you!!! This has become our favorite sushi place. We have eaten in the restaurant and also ordered take-out at least once/month since we moved here.

Terrible service.. We got there 25 minutes before closing and they said we have to hurry if we want to stay. If you're not willing to serve customers after 8:30 don't say you're open until 9:00.

Honestly one of the more unknown and surprising places I have been to in the valley. Food presentation was above and beyond what I would expect for this class of restaurant. The dragon hearts are phenomenal (honestly came back specifically for those). Service was really fast (though not super busy at the time). Will look forward to coming back.
