Today’s a special free size upgrade and when I got there I expected a long line. But it wasn’t bad until I got my two drinks - almost as long as the SWIG free charm. They had extra people out taking orders and inside they had enough help to keep the wait short.

I just came to get my pretzels, because it just won. My daughters really love going with me when we do this. And I took my sixteen year old. It was a rough day and I had a major headache and didn't really want to go out, but Tyler's service and care made it an amazing memorable time. And I look forward to the next time she can serve us. With how bad my headache was, I wasn't processing things as well and we had to purchase something to get our free pretzels. She made it go smoother. The kindness was above and beyond, sheunderstood, but I was going to through. She said she had recently had a really bad headache and she felt for me that I had to go back to work on the graveyard shift. She not only gave me a special drink with a note on it but acknowledge, there continues to be kind people in the world. I will definitely be back.
Workers are always kind, fast, and make my order right! Big shout out to the 1600N Orem location.

Don’t get me wrong I love swig and this location is the closest to my house. Love every worker there. But had a negative experience last time I went. The girl who took my order was super nice, but when I got to the window I was met with glares from a new worker I didn’t recognize. She was very short speaking to me and made faces at me like it was so horrible for her to serve me. Was bothered every time I asked her something and made no effort to be friendly. Maybe it was a bad day for her. I got her name later, it was Addy I believe. But my advice for better costumer service is maybe have her work behind the scenes if she wants to act negative and bothered by costumer presence. Other than that the service and drinks were amazing! But again maybe have her not work directly with costumers if she’s not feeling like being very friendly.
