I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I have been a loyal customer of swig for a long time. Based on the price that was listed I should have been charged a minimum of $12.40, and I was charged a total of $18.42. The girl taking my order decided to steal herself a tip. When she ran my card, she told me to sign, and I was never given the option to tip. I have no problem tipping when I receive good service. I do not tolerate companies or employees who steal from their customers. When I noticed the price did not match up to what I ordered and I called to ask them about my order, they told me there was no mistake. However, they could not account for the last $6 because they didn’t want to tell me it was for a tip. So…I guess this location has A LOT of dishonest employees (at least the two I spoke to) Sad to say, I will be more careful in the future, and will not be going back.
