We said no ice on the app. They gave us ice at the window and when I politely said "hey sorry, we asked for no ice." They argued with me.
I used to work at restaurants and never would argue over ice just apologize and remake it. How hard is it? The app was having a malfunction because they weren't able to see it that we put no ice. Just very rude customer service.

Pretty good taco bell. But there's something wrong with their drink machine. The Mountain Dew always tastes weird. I've called in to tell them about it, but it must not be an easy fix, because it's never changed.
They're pretty fast getting orders out, and the staff have always been friendly.

Typically when we order crunch wrap supremes we don’t get 1 teaspoon of beans. This was not worth it all. The amount of food that is put in the burrito is unbelievable. The $9 box was a great choice. The chicken quesadilla had barely anything in it. I know Yum brands is on the stock market as $YUM, and I understand you guys need to constantly grow every quarter but at this point id rather go to a mom and pop shop to support people that actually put their hard effort in this food.

Wouldn't give it one star if that was an option. I have been to this Taco Bell five times now and I'll bet three of the times I sat at the ordering board and no one even cared to take my order. It ended with me just driving through the drive-thru to get out. I'll give them once or twice, but this place is consistently bad. I tried to review only if I liked the place, but this one gave me no choice

So today I ordered a box meal that came with a doritos loco taco, chalupa, 5 layer burrito and chips w/ nacho cheese. Most the food was okay but the tortillas chips I got to dip into the nacho cheese was just crumbs. The chips looked like the last 5 percent in a chip bag. Not one full size chip to be able to dip. Lame.
