Before I start, let me say Taco Bell is literally my comfort food, I have over 27k points in the mobile app. Went to pick up an order at this particular store and asked for no ice in the drink, as I have for a decade, and was told 'we only do extra ice' followed by a chuckle. Thought that was a joke but sure enough my request was ignored. Asked for 8 fire sauce for a combined 7 items and got 3. At least hire people who pretend to care about doing their job right.

I’m trying to go around and rate every cheesy bean and rice burrito from all the taco bells in my area. This review is only based on that. The rice was crunchy, and there was not enough jalapeño sauce. Common theme. Service was really good as always though!
