This place almost never disappoints me. They get their portions right, the staff is friendly, the food is always put together neatly, they don't mess my order up, and they always deliver in a timely manner. I love this Tacobell location.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order! I didn't even know until I got home! No ice in my drink and instead of 3 tacos I got a bag of burritos. I am beyond upset. I was looking forward to getting a double decker taco now that they are back and I didn't get even 1!

I've only ever had good experiences with the night crew. They keep the place clean. Today I arrived and the place was completely dirty and disgusting. And they get annoyed or mad with me when i asked them to because there's lettoce and, sticky soda residue. And trash on the floor. And when they did come out they barely even cleaned a couple of the tables and there's still trash, lettoce and cheese on the floors and tables.
Edit: they took like 25 minutes to get my food out after I asked them. My food wasn't maid correctly. And they waited till rush hour started to even get it out. People who ordered their food after me got their food, ate, and left before I got my food. This type of targeted hostility is not acceptable for any food cervice setting.

I come to this location a bit too often tbh. But today it finally happened! After like 100 orders here, they finally made a mistake. They forgot some chips and cheese🫣 took it back, Sherry and Mike were super helpful in fixing my missing item. But think about it! I’ve come to this location hundreds of times, it took them over 100 tries to mess up. Complete perfection 99.99999% of the time, and quick to resolve the .000001% of issues. This is an elite Taco Bell location!
