This is not two dipping burritos. Or even one dipping burrito. Ordered that and this is what I got. Half the food I ordered and not even the right sauce on it or to the side.

This place was dirty and packed with people, and they were all waiting for pre-ordered food. I ordered my food at the counter kiosk, and they did not prepare it. I chose the option on the screen to pay with cash at the register and then after waiting for 30-40 I finally gained the attention of one of the employees and they found the order in the system and said that I had to pay first before they would prepare the food when I was under the assumption that I would pay when they called my name. so i decided to go ahead and wait even longer and let them make it because I was basically starving at that point and they would not accept the cash that I had because they did not have change in their register. You would think as a normal person who has watched all of these people going thru the drive thru and sitting in that dirty lobby/sitting area that they would have plenty of cash on hand to make change for me... I was astounded and had to walk out of there empty handed. I will absolutely not recommend this establishment to anyone ever. #zerostars

Ordered a quesadilla and nacho fry, took almost an hour to receive my food. Employee even tried telling me they called my name 3 times when there was almost no one in the store. Pretty sure I know my name too. Please go to center street they are much faster and better quality in my opinion

Gave me food poisoning from their beef! They clearly aren’t turning over their food properly and got me VERY sick. Missed out on work too because I was throwing up. I know for a fact it was from Taco Bell too since it was the only meal I had that day.

The cantina chicken is my favorite, but it's been dry and hard a lot lately, like it's been sitting under a lamp all day.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, and they will usually make something that would have meat vegetarian style for you if requested
At $1.99 you could have put some more beans and lettuce.

Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian and taco bell is one of the easiest places to get something I can eat. They even have the convenient veggie cravings menu to filter it all down for me.
