Just left here after waiting for 15 min for my food. You can't order unless it on a kiosk. I was using cash, no one made my order in that 15 minutes and so I left. You have your most extraordinary worker on the wall working and still didnt get my food. This why I talk shit on taco bell

Staff isn’t allowed to take an order through the drive through. After waiting in the drive through line I was told I had to circle back around and order on the app, then wait in line again.

I’m here all the time but looked like some new guys on the Monday lunch shift, and they were awesome.
Almost as soon as I walked in they asked me for my name for the order I placed. It was crazy fast even though it was much busier than a typical lunch. These guys are great

Drive thru was fast and friendly. Road noise from 800 North can make the conversation at the order speaker a challenge but it's doable. Food is fine for what it is. I've been to poorly run Taco Bell's; this one is above average
