Most Taco Bells I have gone to recently have had toxic customer service I've walked in in the employees of glared at me and forced me to use the kiosk when I prefer the social interaction that I would usually get when I go into a fast place and order at the register. However a few days ago when I went into this Taco Bell I was shocked to be warmly greeted by an employee at the register not only that but the food looks like it was actually prepared with care and thought in mind for the customer to come back no open face burrito or undersized portions. All in all I had a great experience at this Taco Bell five stars

The food was great. However I don't appreciate the person in the drive thru telling his coworkers that I was lying about needing another Baja Blast that had no ice. Clearly was saying it as I was leaving but I heard enough. I did need to drink it to see if the ice was too much and even told them that I could give it back or throw it away. I didn't ask for a free one. I just wanted one with no ice. I was prepared to give up the one I had. And granted due to food restrictions they can't take the drink back, but I took the straw out so I could use it again.

This location is ridiculous everytime i come all the workers are extremely rude i was here about an 20 minutes ago they messed up my whole order didn’t accommodate my order like i asked them to they the cashier who had taken my order was brittany she over filled my freeze that i got and didn’t wipe off the lid so it got all over my white hoodie stained it red.
