I’ve been to TacoTime in two different locations a couple times each. To say that taco time has the least consistency Out of any other fast food restaurant would be an understatement. Tonight I decided to go to the taco time in Orem and I ordered my meal which consisted of two soft bean burritos, two cheese quesadillas, a small Mexi fry and two sides of ranch, The tater tots were from yesterday or simply reheated because they were disgusting. two mini quesadillas were the only things worth eating the two burritos We’re so small they simply should be called rollers not burritos. And I don’t know how much simpler it can get than beans and cheese and it seems like they couldn’t do that to the best of their ability. The sides of ranch were pretty much empty, just two empty containers. The people that work at the Orem location just do not care about the quality their customers are receiving. I don’t recommend taco time to anyone and I will never be returning to taco time.

Food was great. I went through the Drive Through and they gave me the wrong burrito. I wanted the fried chicken and they gave me beef. I love the food so it wasn't a big deal.
It’s been a while and it was great to be back! I love their taco salad and tweaked it a little with sides of beans & rice and also guac & sour cream. María was very helpful!

Apparently they can't read a order ticket. Ordere three of there 3for 6 but they only sent 3 burritos instead of the 12 and this is the second time they have done this and it's ridiculous WILL NOT be ordering from here again

Had a good family outing here. Food was pretty good. I've known their Mexican fries to be a little more plump, but they were still enjoyed by the kids just as well. My burrito tortilla was a bit hard in one spot. But other than that the meal was great. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The worker was friendly. There was no wait and our food came out fast. The table was clean. And I like how the sauces are out for self service. The music overhead was too loud for conversing but we simply asked them to turn it down.

Very frustrating to have items missing from your order. I pulled through the drive through again to have them charge me when I explained I was missing something. They didn’t give me a receipt and said they didn’t think they billed me so I paid another 5 dollars. I’m pretty sure they did charge me the fist time because of the total. Had to pay. Super unprofessional.

Best taco time in the state I've been to, that's not a tiny shack. They have seating for many and actually have a condiment bar and fill it up, and keep it clean. Most the other places water down their ranch, but they don't this place should be the OG Taco Time! Thanks for the great food service and everything and setting a standard dor what taco time should be love you guys and management especially

I've been getting the stuffed mexi fries for years, they've replaced them with a product that isn't nearly as good. Additionally they were partially burnt. The peach empanada is delicious, probably their best flavor yet. But it doesn't make up for the crappy mexi-fry replacement

We stopped in to get some empanadas. We got different flavors but none of them were marked so no one knew what kind was what. Everyone had to break open their empanada and then pass it over to whoever wanted that flavor. Some type of indication on the packaging would be nice so people aren't handling each other's food. The peach empanada was delicious.
