Order online only! can’t figure out why the price in the app is different than at the store. I had exact cash amount for the cost of my group order as I created it online. I had cash so I ordered through the drive-through instead. Drive thru price was $.75 more. Watch for the combo price online it’s $4.25. At the drive thru it’s $5. Also, I was not offered salad dressing for the salad. Because of this I had to use my personal credit card for the group order instead of cash. I also had to go back in the store and ask for a salad dressing. The employees didn’t believe I was charged a different price so I compared the app and the receipt. They brushed it off and couldn’t explain why it was different. I was not offered any kind of refund or compensation.

I’m not sure of all of the reasons I love Taco Time, but I do. I grew up in Utah and it was always such a great place to go. This location had amazingly friendly service and great, fresh food. We buy the bottles of hot sauce and take them back with us to AZ. It’s simple, great tasting food that we love. Great job you guys! Highly recommended.

The 8th north, Orem location I always have a good experience. Yeah Taco Time is a little more expensive then other places of the same type. But the food is always great. We got helped as soon as we walked through the door. We had our food within minutes of ordering. Everything was accurate and done properly. Its for sure a nice treat. But all these fast food places are getting over priced. Its definitely a once in a great while type treat. You will spend $40 to $100 very easily when you have a small family.
