We love this place a lot but for the 4th time in a row my wife orders a well done steak and we specifically leave instructions to cook it all the way until there’s no pink left and for some reason it keeps getting more and more undercooked for those instructions

We show up at 11:15, they open at 11 and there are like 3 people in the entire restaurant but they can’t seat us because one person is not here yet? This has got to be the dumbest “company policy” I’ve ever heard of, makes me not want to come back. I think the college workers are just being lazy if you ask me…

4.5 stars. Very good experience here. I really wish Google would allow for half stars. The more reviews I do the more of an issue it is becoming. I would love to give 4.5 but can't justify a perfect 5. The food WAS good just not 5 stars good for the price. Service was great and as busy as the place was on a Saturday afternoon it was a quick smooth process. Great friendly professional staff and a clean inviting atmosphere.

Atmosphere was great and our server was also great. Came for my daughter birthday. She wanted to sit on the saddle which was so fun. Food though was not as expected. It was good but the steamed veggies weren't cooked and I ordered a loaded baked potato but just got a plan potato. No biggie but still.

So noisy. Then they turn up the music super loud so the staff can come out and line dance. Ridiculous. Impossible to have a conversation. Food is average.

This crap franchise cut me off at 2 beers because of their “policy”. I walked to this place to have some drinks with my dinner. The worst part is the crap waitress was smug and condescending. And proceeded to try and sell me gift certificates. Crap establishment.

Food is good we all know that. But they gave us an hr wait time. Then we got there and one lady said 10 more mins. Then after the 10 mins, we asked again and now a different lady is saying 25 mins.
We payed the price for a fillet and got a sirloin steak instead we tried to talk to the manager and as she was walking up said aloud she didn't know anything about cuts of steak but proceeded to tell us we would pay the fillet price instead of the sirloin so we payed for something we never recieved

We LOVE this place but this time, the food was extremely salty. This is the ONLY place I will get a steak from. The mushrooms, loaded potato, and steak were so salty we couldn't eat the meal. The ribs were AMAZEBALLS! VERY meaty and delicious. The fried pickles were super salty as well(but I did eat a few of those.) And of course, the rolls were perfection!

Steak and burger was pink when asked for well done plus there was a shocking amount of hair in the salad. The server then has the guts to ask if I meant to only tip 2 bucks! You’re lucky to get tipped at all!!!!
