We used to love Texas Roadhouse. But my Ribeye had entirely TOO MUCH SALT. Too much salt ruins the taste of meat. My water glass had two chips. Just disappointed.

Unfortunately, we went to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food was, as always, very good, but the service was quite poor. The waitress only came to our table once, and the rest of the staff's attention was also lacking. It's not a good place for a birthday celebration.

I am a Texas roadhouse regular, and would never write a bad review just for food, but the service experience tonight makes sure that I will never come back on a Friday evening. Our servers name was Lexi, her badge, said Tyrannosaurus Lex, and when she came to check on us after we got her entrées, I told her that these were the fattest ribs I’ve ever gotten from here, and as shown I hadn’t eaten hardly any of my meal. As I was about to ask her if she could do anything to help me out, she barked at me with eyes that look like she was staring down to my soul and saying “well none of this affects me. What do you want me to do about it? I don’t understand what you want from me.” And in my head I was like what the heck! So I just completely shut down and told her no, apologized for even bringing it up, and I don’t need anything else now it’s OK thanks. Even my husband who always shrugs these type of things off, I’m very put off by it. We quickly finished the rest of our food, and paid super fast so we could get out of there. It was a very offputting experience, totally ruined the rest of our dinner.

Incredible service from our waitress, forgot her name but she gave off the best mama bear energy ever. Made sure we were well attended to and that everything was high quality. The manager Josh swung by to check on us as well, he’s a great guy. Happy with our experience today!

My husband ordered me a salad with steak and it was a delicious salad 🥗 😋 the steak was so tender and tasty. I also liked the bread and butter they give you, really good stuff. We will definitely go back to eat sometime.
Fun for Birthday saddle rides! The line dancing is fun to watch! Nicest servers! Really helpful for avoiding allergies!

Our server was amazing she had a great attitude, checked in with us often and wasn't sweet as could be. Food is always Good at a Texas Roadhouse if I had one complaint it would have been my loaded mashed potatoes they weren't very loaded and gravy got clumpy fast but it was still tasty. Service here was better than the one closest to home.

I absolutely love this restaurant. My steaks are always cooked go perfection and everything is soooooo yummy. It's one of my favorites!!!! I just wish it was a little quieter. I love the bday shout outs but the music is tooo loud and so is the whole restaurant. So we try to always go early before it gets too crazy

We were out of town from Canada, and decided to try out Texas. It was a good idea food was really good except the mash but show me a chain that has good mash. The server Kaitlyn was an absolute pleasure to deal with if back in town will definitely go back.
