The food here is good. But what I'm really writing about is the service. We come the night before BYU graduation and the place was crazy busy. But man, our server Mads was awesome! She had our table of three but also two large groups of about 10. We still were never forgotten, our water glasses stayed full, she kept the bread coming, our orders were correct. We were just super impressed with how well she handled everything despite how busy she was.Mads is really the rock star of Texas Roadhouse. Thanks Mads!

It's always crowded which is good. However when they give you a steak FULL OF FAT and won't do anything to make it right makes you not want to go back. My husband and I had same dishes his was all fat mine want what us worse it was his birthday and they blew him off. They didn't have any rolls and hot butter while we waited which made it even worse

Last night, Sunday April 7th, I went with my family and friends to celebrate our birthdays and I had the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. First I want to say that this saddens me because my family used to frequent this place because we loved it, but not anymore. The attitude of the waiter who served us was horrible, he spoke to us with an arrogant voice and looked at us with displeasure, I honestly felt discriminated against, and I don't know if his attitude was because we are Hispanic, but that's how it felt. They also brought my husband's order wrong. My husband hates onion, and he ordered a sirloin with mushrooms, and instead he brought him so much onion in his sirloin, my husband can't even enjoy his food. And honestly we didn't want to say anything to him because of how he made us feel. As I mentioned before, we went to celebrate our birthday, we even brought a small cake to share, and we observed that at other tables, the birthday people were given the "bull" seat (or whatever was) so they could congratulate them and they were brought some ice cream, in our table the waiter didn't even offer us this service, much less the ice cream. And as if that were not enough, the worst of all is that the food was so bad that I got food poison that make me really sick. How sad, that a place that we loved and which we recommended, hires people who are so unprofessional in their work and, has lowered the quality of its products.

it’s not the fastest growing steakhouse chain in America for nothing. I tried the dallas filet for the first time and it did not disappoint. Excellent and kind service. Never a bad time at Texas Roadhouse.Vegetarian options: Killer salads.Parking: Always been able to find parking but there’s often not a lot of spots.

Family gave us gift cards for here for our anniversary I made an order for pick up all that went very smoothly unfortunately they left out a side order of fry’s and no silverware and unfortunately they left out some dipping sauces we had ordered quite a bit so didn’t notice until it was too late ! I know as a server especially a to go with a tip I ALWAYS make sure of the silverware and sauces or dressings
