I have always enjoyed the food at the Cheesecake Factory. This new location here in Utah County is exciting to have so we don't have to travel long distances to get to it. The Service is awesome and the food yummy!!

The desk staff needs to be trained better.
Called ahead to see how long of a wait it’d be for a party of 9, and they said 20-30 minutes but we’d have to get at least one person from our party physically there to get on the list, which is standard and I understand.
What I don’t understand is why when I got there 20 minutes later, they said they couldn’t seat my party of 9 for 3 hours and suddenly there are 19 parties ahead of us? When the manager explained this to us, I was more confused than anything. Horrible front end communication

On a Friday night the wait time was 1.5 hours, completely normal. They got us in 45 minutes into the 1.5 hours, amazing! The server was very nice and attentive. He knew what I wanted before I even asked (a drink refill, a box, cheesecake, the ticket). He checked us on often which you don’t find that anymore. The food and cheesecake were delicious! My first time at the Cheesecake Factory was a 10/10 and I will be coming back!
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Cheesecake Factory location. I placed an online to-go order for Avocado Egg Rolls and a slice of cheesecake while I was out shopping.
When I arrived a few minutes early, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Walking through the restaurant, I was shocked by how dirty the floors were, and the restroom was even worse.
After picking up my food, I decided to eat outside, but the quality was unacceptable. The Avocado Egg Rolls were only cooked on one side, and I found a long plastic bristle inside! I went back inside to speak with a manager, but I waited forever, and when they finally arrived, they were unapologetic and dismissive. They claimed they couldn’t give me a refund and only offered to replace the egg rolls. Considering the cleanliness issues and the poor quality of the food, I declined.
Cheesecake Factory has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but this location was a major disappointment. I hope they take steps to improve their food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

I told myself long ago I wouldn’t be back but here we are. What ever they put in their food does things to my stomach that aren’t good. My wife and felt the same. I suspects it’s because it probably chain garbage. They do a great job with atmosphere and service though. Basically this restaurant is middle class fancy chain food. It’ll make feel like hot garbage so thats what you should expect. Also worth noting their to go containers are NOT!!!! Microwave safe. As evidences by the attached photo. I will likely not be back unless forced. Our server was awesome though.
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is your pretty standard kid stuff. They have buttered noodles and corn dogs.
Wheelchair accessibility: The lady seated next to us was in a wheelchair and it was easy for her to get in and out and access anything.

Honestly just getting an appetizer was the perfect portion for me. Cheesecakes were good. They package your leftovers for you and they didn't give me the one piece of chicken strip that I didn't eat. Kind of disappointing when there were only 4 small pieces of chicken. The sauces were so good though!

Ordered the chocolate cheesecake and it was amazing! The service was wonderful and the wait was short in getting a table.
The wait was awful. It took 20 minutes to get a quote time. The server was awful. He forgot the appetizer, forgot to order someone a food, ran out of water, food came out cold , steak was tough. Not impressed.

If you get safe edible food out of this restaurant I would actually be surprised. I've worked in food my whole life, and I can honestly say this is the worst company I've ever worked for. It's a wicked restaurant filled with corruption and greed. I'd highly recommend eating anywhere else. The staff is terrible, from the bottom all the way to the top.

The food was good, and fairly quick. But the service was terrible. Iffy at best throughout our stay but when we went to pay, the disaster really began. We have two gift cards to cover majority of the balance. He ran only one and dropped off the check and ran. We tried looking for our server for over 5 minutes until I gave up and found a manager. The manager then proceeded to disappear for 30 minutes. During that time the server checked on us once asking if the manager was helping us. When the manager finally showed, he said he had spent the entire 30 minutes going over the video to make sure we weren't lying and trying to steal. But he couldn't find the video evidence he wanted so he would go ahead and deduct 25 from the final price. Neither one would apologize, and both wasted our time. Worst experience dealing with any restaurant manager ever, and I spent years working in the food industry.
