Food was good as always, it wasn’t too busy so the noise and service was great. We had Josh as our server and he was incredible! Very patient while we took forever to decide entrees and cheesecake flavors. Extremely kind and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Ultimately a good experience but Josh’s customer service made it the best experience!

Many changes have been made and I won’t be back. The server was absent most of the time, drinks empty as soon as we got our food and they were not refilled for about 15 minutes. Food took 45 minutes to come out as well. Food quality is terrible now, they changed the orange chicken and it’s awful now. Flat bread pizza was cold. Chicken Madera was so small about half the size it used to be and charging more money. Server was all nice when he dropped off the check but before that point wasn’t very friendly. The people sitting next to us he offered to box their food up for them. And did not do the same for us. New Togo containers are the most flimsy horrible containers almost paper thin. We were not given a bag for the boxes of food either so I had to ask another server for one. Food changes , horrible service and expensive prices Cheesecake Factory is not what it used to be and I don’t think I will be back unfortunately. I understand food costs have risen tremendously but when you change your food so much it’s not even the same, it’s just not worth it anymore.

let me tell you all about my experience about cheesecake factory this wednesday and my savior. It is my 18th birthday. I hate birthdays. I usually never get treated well or i just like celebrating alone. As I entered the factory, the atmosphere was very appealing. I enjoyed the comfort. But the star of this evenings show is my server, Josh. He was incredible. I almost immediately felt at home because of this man. I finally had a birthday i truly enjoyed, and wanted to experience. He made sure I had everything i needed, knew the menu page after page, and made me aware of many delicious items on the modern cheesecake factory menu. Josh is an amazing man, working at a beautifully orchestrated restaurant. I’ll see you guys soon! Thank you for making my birthday incredible, server Josh <3

I couldn't believe how awful the food was. We got two pasta plates and sauce in both was clearly watered down, boarderline flavorless, and there was hardly any of it. The chicken was not good. On top of that everything from ordering to receiving food and then the check took forever, we were there for an hour and a half. So overpriced for the experience. Definitely our last time at this location.

Not gonna like this place wasn’t great. I usually absolutely love Cheesecake Factory. I can tell our waiter was doing their best and I’m pretty sure the manager was the one that talked to me as well but both times I’ve been here the food was just not good. The cheesecake of course was great but my food tasted like it had been microwaved and sent back to me. 2x to be exact but I know they were doing their best :(. Definitely be careful which entrees you order but the cheesecake is great.

Wanted to have dinner with an old friend. Figured that cheesecake factory had a good varity of choices. It was a busy tuesday night but was seated quickly.
I ordered fish and chips and my friend had a salad. The server seemed confused as my greetings asked about options in dressing.
The fish were a little disappointing. Four thin pieces of fish and a bunch of fries. For the price, I was underwhelmed. The salad was Hugh. We had to ask for more dressing. Even with the additional dressing it wasn't enough for all the salad.
I will probably look for a better option next time.
The servers were really nice and the food was amazing. I would recommend this to all people.

Came here for my sister's birthday and had a terrible experience. Reservation was at 5pm and we were inside and seated by 4:55pm. The room we were seated in was entirely empty (except for one couple) when we arrived, and yet every single table that came in after us got their food and left before we even got any food. It took 30 minutes for someone at our table to get the water they ordered, after bringing it to a waiter's attention multiple times. When we finally did get our food (which was not hot and appeared to have been sitting out for a little bit) they completely forgot my meal. Let our waiter know I didnt get my food and had to wait another 20-30 minutes for a manager to come and tell me they were only just now making it. Not wanting to wait for even longer than I already had, I declined the food and just wanted the checks for the rest of the table and to leave. We were offered free cheesecake that we were told would only take a moment to bring but once again had to wait 10 minutes for it, and then still had to wait for them to bring the checks after that. We understand they were busy but to be the last ones to leave after watching every single table around us come in and go before us was extremely frustrating. Especially for my sister's birthday dinner (which they were aware of). The free cheesecake was appreciated, and they comped a couple meals (not even a discount for the others who did pay), but the experience as a whole was awful.
