I rarely come to Cheesecake Factory, but we had a gift card given to us, so my wife and I drove down from Idaho to celebrate my birthday by coming here.

As we were driving down, we were researching on what the best items were to get. One of the most common ones that almost everyone loved is the fried mac & cheese appetizer. We tried it and OMG IT WAS SO GOOD. I would 100% recommend getting this appetizer.

The entrees that my wife and I got were pretty good. They do have many options as their menu is huge.

The service here was also very very good. Our waiter was super nice and helped give us some options for things that we should try. He also gave me some good recommendations for cheesecakes.

Overall, great experience. Would come here again. And if it is your bithday, sign up for the rewards before hand. You get a free slice of cheesecake.

This was the Second time we went to this location the first time we got seated and our order was never even taken people in the surrounding booth got their food ate and left, and we still haven’t even ordered. We ended up getting up and leaving. We thought we’d give it one more try tonight. We waited over an hour for our food. My husband‘s food came out raw and mine came out freezing cold safe to say we will not be returning.

Took my wife and daughter out to lunch yesterday and it was the BEST lunch ever!! The cuisine could not have been better. The entire meal I ordered was a 9.999 on a scale of one to ten. Trust me you need to try the Chicken Chipotle Pasta, add the Caesar Salad and of course the delicious breads and your taste buds will be applauding for the entire culinary experience. Max our server was the best of the best. I have never had a better server at a restaurant in my entire life. Anyone who dines at the Orem Cheesecake factory and you are fortunate enough to have Max as your server you will be oh so happy. His attention to the customer and his winning personality add the perfect touch to the dining experience. Want the A++ dining experience? Make your reservation now at the Cheesecake Factory and don't forget the cheesecake (we got 2 to go) it is the best cheesecake on the planet.

The service is always above and beyond at this location. It does feel a little smaller/more crammed than other locations, but it shares a similar vibe as you’d expect. The food all tastes great and consistent to other locations, however this location has a bad habit at undercooking pasta. This was our second visit and they are 4 for 4 (all different dishes) at not getting those noodles right. Other than that, expect your higher Cheesecake Factory level prices and just buy a whole cheesecake at the Costco nearby instead ;)

Went in to the Orem location on Valentine's Day to take my spouse to a nice dinner.getting seated no problem but the long wait for our food was bad and it was cold when it was brought to our table . Very upset considering we eat there a lot and also get hot food this problem needs to be fixed right away

I got food poisoning, the worst one I order the tuna' salad, and 20 min after I was literally dying in house, I send a email to them the same night, at least they should refund me for make me sick, and ruin my pre valentine celebration with my husband, expending the whole night with a histamine reaction for having rotten fish

Not worth the cost. Over priced mediocre food. I won’t be returning.

My husband and I have tried to eat at this Cheesecake Factory twice now, and both visits were honestly terrible. The first time was shortly after they opened. It was around 8 pm on a Sunday, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, and it still took over 45 minutes to get our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold and completely flavorless.

We decided to give it another chance a week ago, also on a Sunday around 7:30 pm. Again, the place was practically empty. It took our server over 30 minutes just to bring drinks, and even then they were the wrong ones. We had to flag down a different server just to get bread. We didn’t even get to order until about 40 minutes after we were seated. Meanwhile, a table that arrived half an hour after us ordered, ate, got cheesecake, and paid before our server checked on us again. At that point, I’m pretty sure he just forgot we existed.

Honestly, we should have just left after the first hour of waiting, but it was a Sunday night and almost everything else was already closed.

After waiting an hour, we asked to have our food packaged to go. That took another 15 minutes. We also ordered a birthday cheesecake for my husband, which somehow turned into another 10-minute ordeal. When we finally got home and opened the food, the chicken, which is normally covered in sauce, had maybe two drops on it, and the asparagus was severely undercooked.

Safe to say we won’t be coming back unless they seriously improve their staff and service. And judging by other reviews, it seems like we’re not the only ones having these issues. Very disappointing.

im so saddd i havent been to cheesecake factory in foreverr and my bf took me out for my birthday, yesterday turns to find out it they ran out of bread, then they didnt have any of the appetizers we wanted (fried mac and cheese balls) and the portions of the food have gotten smaller than from what i remember. (maybe i’m big but the portions of the food compared to the plate size is insane.) The table right next to us, didn’t even finish HALF of their food. There’s wasn’t what they exactly ordered and i would’ve guessed because our waited didn’t jot anything down, did it all by memory but they paid the bill and left. Mind you they were seated after us, just overall what happened here? Lol, Dessert was good though but it was just ice cream so can’t give too much credit. Just a whole lot of very unfortunate things and I hope it was just a really bad night cause I was really excited about this place only to be left disappointed

You know it’s a bad sign when you and the two tables next to you are complaining about their food. One lady next to us had her food sent back. A guy at the other table had his meal removed from his bill. My husband was really excited about his meal, which is usually really flavorful and memorable. But tonight it was bland, and well under-seasoned.
Our server was at our table a total of 3 times; to take our order, bring us our check, and return our card. We had empty waters, did not receive any bread, and were never asked the quality of our food.
Normally we leave the restaurant satisfied and content… tonight we left with a negative memory and honestly still hungry.
