I honestly was really surprised with how bad our visit was. The costumer service was awful. And then once we got our food there was a pile of oil in the ice cream. She must have not drained the oil off at all. We only ate a little of the ice cream because the rest was pooling in oil. Will never go again.

3 stars for portions size. It’s BYU creamery ice cream but the “two scoops” here is actually what “one scoop” would be at the creamery. We asked about it and she showed us the ice cream “scoop” and said it was two of those.

Completely messed up my wife’s order and the portion of ice cream for what is charged is crazy. A scoop of ice cream can fit on a spoon. My wife ordered a dessert for takeout that was supposed to have ice cream that cost $8 and they forgot to include any at all.

I so so desperately wanted to love this place. I love churros with all my heart, but unfortunately after various visits my expectations have never been met. In person it always takes over 15 minutes to get one item, even when the store is empty, and ordering for delivery is no better. I ordered over an hour before closing and my order was not approved by the time they had closed, leaving me waiting for over an hour. If you can’t handle online orders, don’t accept them.

The service and food was great, I loved their ice cream, filled churros and their burgers really were "dripping good". The diet coke button didn't work however swire coca-cola is going to go fix it. Young family of 7 ... had to order more of the good fries .

We just went in to grab mini churros with a coupon, the gentleman at the counter was so kind. The place was quiet and clean. Good admit of seating, so you can eat your churro hot out of the fryer.Things to know:This location shares the venue with Drip Burger, so you can make it a meal, rather than just dessert. If you leave a Drip Burger review, you can get a free churro.Churros are folded so the ends meet, making a raindrop shape.Mini churros are $4 and are about the size of a hand (stretched out, it is prob a 12-14" churro)Regular cinnamon-sugar churros and topped ones seem to be the same price.Topped churros have a thin vanilla frosting to hold the toppings on, but still have the cinnamon-sugar coating. Our churros came right out of the fryer, so they were hot, crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle.Parking: Lots of parking at University Place, including covered parking.Kid-friendliness: Quiet, open location. No high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Zero step entry. Pretty open to navigate.Chairs not attached and are metal, but not super sturdy, but there is a large booth/bench that is solid wood and sturdy.

My wife and I were excited to try this place and when we went inside and placed our order and waited, the employee said that they ran out of bananas, and our certain flavor of ice cream and some other items. I said okay, so we’re basically churros with a drizzle of whatever and still get charged the same? And the employee said “yes” and we just walked out. Have a sign out that lets the customers know that you are out of certain ingredients or verbally mention while taking their order, not while they have been waiting for 5-10 minutes. It doesn’t take long to notice you’re out of something.
