This is strictly a review on the food - customer service was great.
We got gender reveal cupcakes and it was $50 for 12! We figured it was priced high because it was going to be good quality…but they were mediocre at best. They tasted fine but the texture was so crumbly they wouldn’t hold together. We had the cupcakes filled with blue filling and half of our family couldn’t find the filling or it was such a minuscule amount and hard to find. Sad to say our gender reveal didn’t go as planned due to these reasons. Will not be going here again for custom orders.

I’m so sad that this place has gone downhill. The cookies tasted like a couple days old. Dry and gross! There was hardly any selection and the customer service was awful! The kid helping us had no idea about the flavors or the prices. What a waste of money. Won’t be going back to them again.

The cupcakes were incredible! My work has been trying to find a good cupcake place for work events and we finally found The Sweet Tooth Fairy! This is the 3rd or 4th event we have been blessed by their services and they have absolutely killed it everytime! Cupcakes with perfectly cooked, perfectly moist, the texture of the frosting was a big favorite here and the TASTE!!! SO INCREDIBLE! My personal favorite is the Reese’s cupcake and I’m not even a big fan of Reese’s chocolates, but man! Sweet Megan is a miracle worker at the sweet tooth fairy and we love her and her work!!

The cupcake itself was too raw, having baked wedding cakes for 20 years, I know a properly baked item.. it needed at least 5 more minutes in the oven to be passable ( the frosting was yummy) but disappointed in the cake portion .?

This is a cute little shop and perfect stop after eating dinner at one of the neighboring restaurants. The cookies we tried were all delicious, but unfortunately the service was pretty terrible. Absolutely no engagement from the employee when we walked in and started looking around. I was especially disappointed that the employee waited to mention a specific discount until after we spent a few minutes figured out what we wanted to buy, which prompted another round of rethinking our order. Kind of a sad experience for such a cute place!

I came in last minute with a work event, and without missing a beat the girl behind the counter told me it wasn't a problem, she would see what was on hand. She then put together a 60 cookie order with a couple of requests for allergies even. You guys are awesome and so prepared for anything!

Went for the first time, cupcakes were okay, the cake bites were so bad…couldn’t even eat them.
I remember coming years ago when it first opened in orem and the cake bites were amazing (2011-2012ish) but when back about 1 year ago and the cake bites tasted stale and dry. It was so sad :( my husband and I used to love the salted caramel cake bite.-Aubrey Messick
