The menu was broken
They were out of jars for shakes
They were out of the flavor I ordered
They brought out a 15 dollar cup of ice cream that looked like an 8 dollar cup of ice cream
I don't do many reviews but hopefully save some poor soul from a horrible experience

Nearly all the flavors were gone, so we got shakes with what was leftover. The shakes have a…burnt taste to them. I got chocolate and cookies and cream and here’s my shake- a strange mix of chunky and liquid. Chucked it after this🫤

Train wreck of a place.
Incredibly slow service. Milkshake was far too liquid-y to be considered a milkshake. Employee that served the shakes dripped said liquid all over my pants upon delivery. Shake was not good. I’d say about 3/4 of the menu was unavailable to order. Absolute disaster of a place. I wouldn’t have paid any $ for whatever it was that they served me that night.

We were excited to try this. The shakes on the pictures looked delicious, albeit expensive. Ordered a specialty milkshake and were told the jar was out but we would get a discount. Fine. Then we waited for at least 20 minutes while one employee took a constant stream of orders and one employee made shakes one by one. It was Saturday night and they were overwhelmed and overworked. The place was dirty, there were no spoons on the tables like the employee told me there were and then she seemed annoyed to give me one. Turns out I didn’t need one anyway, because it was complete liquid and tasted like a low quality chocolate milk. My son and I threw away the “Shake” and headed to arctic circle.

Looking at recent reviews looks like the service has gone down hill. I’ve now waited like 30 mins for my shake and still waiting. No one is making it…. Okay just went up to ask for them to make it. Girl apologized a ton for her coworker forgetting. They made it in a plastic cup and just put a cake ontop (also knocked it over and had to get a new one) with Carmel nothing like they used to do. Didn’t offer a refund either. This place has good potential but staffing needs to change.

The milkshakes are amazing, the ice cream is amazing, and the service is amazing. Why three stars? There's one dude working here on a Saturday night. Bro is an absolute Chad, he kept up with everyone and had a good attitude. Place needs more staff, but other than that, it's amazing!

Just went yesterday and we had high hopes but right when you walk in you are greeted with a very musty, moldy, stinky smell. The whole restaurant was dirty. The floors had stuff all over them. The windows were dirty, the tables were dirty and sticky. Just all around gross! Got the ultimate oreo shake which is ridiculous for a milkshake. Then a Oreo worm cup and two just regular scoops of ice cream and it was almost $50. Outrageous!!! I will not be going here again and I would highly suggest other people not waste their time either!

Walking in, it smelled like a sewer line broke and the floors were disgustingly dirty. $18 for a specialty milkshake would be fine, if it was good. We got the salted caramel slopes and I thought it had a hint of strawberry, almost like it had strawberry ice cream instead of caramel (there’s no strawberry flavoring in this shake) and my husband said it had a metallic taste. We each had like 3 bites then threw it all away, jar and everything. The employee also looked like he wanted to be anywhere else other than work and was putting the shakes together very lazily like tossing the cookie topper onto the plate and it not even hitting the plate.
Wouldn’t go back, wouldn’t recommend, and wouldn’t expect this location to stay open much longer.

Such a fun experience. The specialty milkshakes are definitely expensive, so this would only be a special occasion spot. The milkshake also wasn’t quite as thick as I would prefer, but overall it was fun and yummy!

Smells awful inside. Kept wanting to gag while eating my ice cream because it smelled like dirty mold inside the store. Ice cream is bad too.

Underwhelming service from the kid at the register, expensive, and my wife and I both thought my chocolate brownie shake tasted like chemicals were mixed in (leftover cleaning soap or something?) ...but other than that it was great. 😜 Bummed... we wanted to like it.

Fantastic shakes and the only place I know of in utah to get blue bell ice cream. So good

Legit! This place was unreal. The service and ice cream were unmatched.

The only place to get Blue Bell - the BEST icecream - anywhere in Utah County! Also the staff are amazing and their milkshakes are so fun!!

Extremely mid milkshake that i paid $18 for
Only one guy working on a thursday night
Tables were filthy
Had to wait a while (like again, only one guy, and he was great, but he's all alone)
Wash station had no paper towel
Bathroom had no paper towel
