Too much goodness in one serving. Oreo ice cream with whip topping. What a treat!

Loved the bluebell ice cream and the creative creations. I also love that you can take the jars from the milkshakes and bring back for a discount (even though my son broke mine) I am excited to come back and try others.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the creationsWheelchair accessibility: The tables are wheelchair friendly

Our family found out about this place by accident. Being from Texas BlueBell icecream is like a sacred thing to us. Alittle pricy BUT it’s worth it. Not only is the icecream Fantastic but the creative genius behind this whole place is pretty cool. NOT just another icecream place. It’s fun, you get to keep your glass if you choose to have your creation in it but they have a washing station near the back so you don’t have to take home a dirty glass, it’s a fun keepsake. You can even buy your favorite icecream from their wide selections in the case.Thank you for a fun night, great service and giving us Texans a little bit of home.

The ambiance is fricken awesome, the shakes are super creative and I love that they reuse their jars. The service is amazing they're all great kids, I know some of them and they do good work and care about the quality of the product :)

The first time I came I got a specialty shake and the two I got both had an after taste of what I can guess is the cleaner that the blender. The second time I came back the milk was out when I showed up and was left out for the 20 minutes I was waiting before I walked out and went somewhere else. I really want to like this place but I have only had bad experiences with quality control.

We went for the first time tonight and the place was super busy. Landon was working the registers and we watched him greet every customer that came in with the same kindness and genuine enthusiasm as the next, even though it was a little crazy in there. He was very helpful and knew and explained the menu well. The place is super cute and the glasses are adorable too. Landon is amazing and they’re lucky to have him!! It’s very refreshing to go somewhere with awesome customer service! I don’t leave many reviews, but Landon deserves one! With that being said, it is very expensive and overpriced. I recommend going once for the experience, but I don’t know if I’ll go back because of the prices!

I would say to go here more for the experience. It was fun and different. Very photogenic ice cream. Service was also great. The ice cream and snacks were just ok though. Our shake came with a cookie and brownie that were both terrible and the shake itself was pretty ok. I would say it was worth trying and experiencing and we weren't upset or anything, just won't be going back either. The price likely plays a role in that. Pretty expensive for ok ice cream. Again, it's worth the experience once though.

The shakes look fun, festive and are inviting. However the taste of the shake and flavor were not that good.

Upon walking in, it is bright and inviting. The man behind the register greeted us and was very friendly. There was a discount offered for orem or Provo residents as well as military discount. We were even given a treat for our little one. With high hopes after customer service and seeing all the reviews we were excited. They brought us the milkshakes and they were beautiful however we feel like that was the end of our wonderful experience. The straws were not milkshake friendly, and the spoons weren't long enough to reach the bottom. The Cookie Monster had a strong food coloring taste to it and the S'more one tasted like the smell of a bath and body works marshmallow candle. As for the Brookie batter it was just underwhelming. Maybe we didn't order good ones but we wanted to love it but it just didn't do it for us. But seems like a good place to still try out.

Order line was fast (<2min wait), but it took about 30+ min to actually get the order. My wife and I are HUGE ice cream/milkshake connoisseurs and these are the equivalent of “lipstick on a pig”. I feel bad saying that because the staff are very friendly, but the world needs to know that this is a huge waste of money. The only people giving 5 stars are the extremely wealthy because this place gets minus 1 star purely from the insane prices.I can go down the street and get Handel’s for way cheaper without all the fake decor stuff because they make high quality ice cream and shakes. If this place removed the fancy appearance and were just selling the milkshakes for their quality, then they’d go under in less than a day. This place will, unfortunately, go out of business within 1-1.5 years. They’ll make an insane amount of money at the start just cuz they’re new, trendy, and expensive, but I bet they have very few repeat customers.I got the Peanut Butter Shake and it tasted rancid. My brain tried to convince me that it was good because it “looked” good, but after the second sip my wife and I looked at each other and said, “this is disgusting”. My wife got the Mint shake, which tasted like the lowest quality mint shake you could imagine, but it was at least edible.I felt bad that these nice employees had to serve such disgusting dessert, so I didn’t want to bother them and complain about it and request a refund. I’ll just never come back again.Btw, we’re from Texas and eat Blue Bell A LOT. We’ve been to the Blue Bell factory several times. This doesn’t taste like blue bell. Maybe it’s blue bell, but y’all added spoiled milk or it got freezer burn or something because it seriously is disgusting and a disgrace to Blue Bell.
