Went for lunch yesterday, ordered two Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxes. They got them out to me quick and tasted fine, but the ordering experience was weird.
I pulled up to the window and it was literally just a bunch of kids working. They asked me a couple times if it was the biggie bag and I had to specify I only wanted the two sandwiches.
They took my card, rang me up, then told me to pull forward. It must've been a slow day because they seemed a little peeved I was there. 😂
But the food came out fast and my order was correct.

Ordered a baconator combo plain. One would expect the sauces to be gone. What did they do? They didn't include any bacon in a baconator! Only pink meat in the burger was the beef. The fries were well salted but like warm at best. Service was also kinda slow too.
Gave them another try today... SAME THING. I'm not sure who's dumber, them for not putting bacon on or me for trying them again

I have been charged for the ghost pepper chicken sandwich each time and only received the regular chicken sandwich. They have done it wrong so many times, I don't believe the staff actually knows what goes on each of their sandwiches. Worst Wendy's locally, maybe in the state. Fries always taste old

They forgot my sandwich and other stuff and We found out after driving back home. I called 15 times and no one answered. They did not even leave the receipt in the bag… plz check your order before leaving… I would avoid this store…

Absolutely abysmal food quality. Wish I took a picture. Ate half threw it away. But that's not why the 1 star review. I'm literally sick from it with a horrible stomach cramp. I don't know how old the meat was but it's wreaking havoc.
This is a damn shame this is what we pay for in 2022. And it's not just a little. Horrible food quality is already an epidemic without you guys helping ensure it's as toxic as possible.

The food was okay, even though I got one of their premium burgers, Dave's Double, and the bottom bun was a bit soggy as if it has been sitting prepared for a while. Overall though the food was okay. What was really bad was the service (extremely slow and not in the slightest friendly) and the cleanliness was abhorrent. The ten or so tables that were open were filthy. And they weren't super busy... I counted seven employees and most of them were just taking their time and not rushing in the slightest, even though it was rather busy. Thus, none of them came out to clean the tables at all while we were there. I ended up getting a dozen wet napkins and wiped down a table for my son and I to use. Overall a bad experience. If I visit this location again I'll use the drive through so I can avoid the poor service and filthy tables and floor.

Something is wrong with these fries, maybe they didn't rinse the disinfectant out of the fry trap, or something else. Definitely makes me scared to visit this location again. Would have left a survey, but realized I wasn't given a receipt

I get takeout from here a lot I have to ask over and over again for forks, spoons, sauces. Today I got an order that should have had at least 5 ranch sauces and a fork. I got zero and no napkins!
Horrible service. Came for lunch staff seemed concerned about their phones, had to call someone over to take my order and then they never told me when my food was ready, I had to go and ask. Please train your employees to care a little more. Horrible service. Won't be coming back for a long time

I ordered a 5 dollar biggie bag and it was not only my dinner but the first thing I had eaten today so was pretty hungry. It was also my first time to Wendy’s in probably a year because I saw an ad for the biggie bag and was craving a junior bacon cheeseburger. The fries, nuggets, and burger all were stale to a degree I’ve never experienced before at a fast food restaurant. I never leave reviews but it was so terrible I seriously had to come leave one. My food genuinely tasted like it had been sitting out for 3 whole days. Not sure if I was served literal cardboard or actual edible food. I’m also truly dumbfounded that an employee and actual human could let food like that be served. They have to be unaware or hate their job. Maybe both.

Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes with multiple employees looking over at me. There's only one other customer in the store at a table. I finally walked out. As I walked away, they came over to the order counter, trying to get me to return. Too late I'm out. So rude......
