Fast drive thru but my Cobb Salad was sub par. First, shrinkflation! It was about half the size I get at my local Wendy's. Second, EVERY TOMATO BIT WAS THE END (the throw away part) Super thin and no tomato to the tomato.

Went through the drive-thru to be very rudely treated to say they did not have something in the store so when I went home and got on doordash and ordered it from the exact same restaurant lo and behold what I tried to order through the drive-thru that got rudely told no to and they laughed and were being very rude got delivered .. from the same exact location I tried to buy it from in person.

Usually come here for breakfast but the past few times the food has been disappointing in regards of food quality and sometimes the service. Would love to rate it higher but lately I've been going to the newer Vineyard location in the meantime.

This was a horrible experience. Wendy’s is never quality, but this time was extra bad. It was late and I was desperate for food but now I regret eating it. I did a mobile order to pick up and they didn’t have my order when I got there and said it didn’t exist. It took them a few minutes to figure out the issue. When I got my food and drove away, it was the wrong order and somehow all my food was cold and had an INSANE amount of mayo. Plus my fries tasted like cardboard fried in old grease.

The saucy nugs are absolutely pointless. The nuggets themselves are extremely small, because they are just the same ones you get in the value meal. The only difference is somebody squirt barbecue sauce all over it, well not all of it they miss half of it. I realize this is a corporate wide failure but I tried them at this restaurant so it takes a hit until they can send the information up chain of command.

came to this location for lunch ordered a Cobb Salad- and they gave me a taco salad. which is totally fine, mistakes happen, and it was not a problem but when I asked for a new salad the Manager- proceeded to tell me that it was my fault they gave me the wrong salad- and that I should pay better attention so that’s i don’t waste their food!! which is not very good customer service!

Claims to be open 24hours. Employee told me they were closed.
Went for lunch yesterday, ordered two Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxes. They got them out to me quick and tasted fine, but the ordering experience was weird.
I pulled up to the window and it was literally just a bunch of kids working. They asked me a couple times if it was the biggie bag and I had to specify I only wanted the two sandwiches.
They took my card, rang me up, then told me to pull forward. It must've been a slow day because they seemed a little peeved I was there. 😂
But the food came out fast and my order was correct.

Ordered a baconator combo plain. One would expect the sauces to be gone. What did they do? They didn't include any bacon in a baconator! Only pink meat in the burger was the beef. The fries were well salted but like warm at best. Service was also kinda slow too.
Gave them another try today... SAME THING. I'm not sure who's dumber, them for not putting bacon on or me for trying them again

I have been charged for the ghost pepper chicken sandwich each time and only received the regular chicken sandwich. They have done it wrong so many times, I don't believe the staff actually knows what goes on each of their sandwiches. Worst Wendy's locally, maybe in the state. Fries always taste old

Absolutely abysmal food quality. Wish I took a picture. Ate half threw it away. But that's not why the 1 star review. I'm literally sick from it with a horrible stomach cramp. I don't know how old the meat was but it's wreaking havoc.
This is a damn shame this is what we pay for in 2022. And it's not just a little. Horrible food quality is already an epidemic without you guys helping ensure it's as toxic as possible.
