I love to give full stars reviews. I almost never give a poor review, but tonight I had to, if for no other reason than the hope this store owner gets the information and something can be done to help the employees improve. I’ve been a Wendy’s customer for decades and enjoy several items on the menu. They have the best chili, in my opinion! Tonight we ordered a large chili which was the only item for one of our party who also *loves* Wendy’s chili! It came out extra spicy with no meat. What’s worse, the beans were still hard like they hadn’t finished the batch. I kindly asked an employee to replace it with a cup that had the chili meat with it… there was literally not a single piece of meat in the whole large chili. She said she would do that… we left the store after about 15mins with no response back. In addition, the clerk who took our order was very curt and rude.
This is not the typical experience, but easily the worse experience we’ve had at any Wendy’s! I hope the manager sees these reviews and that the owner is informed. Your brand is getting trashed by poor customer service at this location. At least that was the case beyond what is reasonable tonight.

Don't answer the phone. I got charged $14 for 3 picking pieces in the mail deal and I didn't want to cook so I got to shake for $14 one go that way.

Fast drive thru but my Cobb Salad was sub par. First, shrinkflation! It was about half the size I get at my local Wendy's. Second, EVERY TOMATO BIT WAS THE END (the throw away part) Super thin and no tomato to the tomato.

Went through the drive-thru to be very rudely treated to say they did not have something in the store so when I went home and got on doordash and ordered it from the exact same restaurant lo and behold what I tried to order through the drive-thru that got rudely told no to and they laughed and were being very rude got delivered .. from the same exact location I tried to buy it from in person.

Usually come here for breakfast but the past few times the food has been disappointing in regards of food quality and sometimes the service. Would love to rate it higher but lately I've been going to the newer Vineyard location in the meantime.

This was a horrible experience. Wendy’s is never quality, but this time was extra bad. It was late and I was desperate for food but now I regret eating it. I did a mobile order to pick up and they didn’t have my order when I got there and said it didn’t exist. It took them a few minutes to figure out the issue. When I got my food and drove away, it was the wrong order and somehow all my food was cold and had an INSANE amount of mayo. Plus my fries tasted like cardboard fried in old grease.

The saucy nugs are absolutely pointless. The nuggets themselves are extremely small, because they are just the same ones you get in the value meal. The only difference is somebody squirt barbecue sauce all over it, well not all of it they miss half of it. I realize this is a corporate wide failure but I tried them at this restaurant so it takes a hit until they can send the information up chain of command.

came to this location for lunch ordered a Cobb Salad- and they gave me a taco salad. which is totally fine, mistakes happen, and it was not a problem but when I asked for a new salad the Manager- proceeded to tell me that it was my fault they gave me the wrong salad- and that I should pay better attention so that’s i don’t waste their food!! which is not very good customer service!

Went for lunch yesterday, ordered two Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxes. They got them out to me quick and tasted fine, but the ordering experience was weird.
I pulled up to the window and it was literally just a bunch of kids working. They asked me a couple times if it was the biggie bag and I had to specify I only wanted the two sandwiches.
They took my card, rang me up, then told me to pull forward. It must've been a slow day because they seemed a little peeved I was there. 😂
But the food came out fast and my order was correct.
