Two separate visits were negative/bad recently but a majority of my family's trips here we get average/passable food with above average customer service, hence the score.Bad visit one, we bought a 50 pc nugget that was terrible that we threw away after eating 4. Each nugget had a weird texture or consistency of a tough rubber combined with a second layer of almost crunch? Seemed like they double fried the nuggets or they were ridiculously over cooked, or sat for a long time before being reheated and sold. Not ok! Shouldve come back to refund but we didn't since we were too busy to care (aren't we all?).Second trip(s).... Lobby closes early and randomly. Walked the mile to come after confirming with worker they would be open only to watch the worker as we approached the door, five minutes before the given locked time, lock the door while (appearing to) not make eye contact deliberately. They have let us come in each time they closed early on us so thats a big plus for atmosphere/service but still frustrating, especially watching two other customers walking away from counter having just ordered, its not like they werent actively seating others.Anyway, manager is nice enough. Some staff are super friendly. Food is average and probably not worth the price anymore given for 50 dollars I could make elaborate meals for my family. And fast not being fast in Orem with overpop and lines etc...

Whoever the short, Hispanic teenager working the drive thru is, they should fire him asap. He was moody on the intercom, then we pulled up to get our food and they gave us the wrong sauce in both meals, so we waited at the window until he came back, and when we asked for the right sauces, he pretty much threw them at us and slammed the drive thru window as hard as he could. Never experienced such a moody worker before.

Got 50 nuggets. It was good, but felt sick afterwards because ate too many. Either way though, 50 nuggies for $15 is an absolute steal. Also got a burger and fries. The patty was undercooked, but they got a new one immediately. Great customer service.The sweet and sour sauce was kinda gross, but I think I just don't like sweet and sour. My friends liked it though. Great late night friend place for food.Wheelchair accessibility: There was indeed a wheelchair parking spot and ramp. Yep.

Went to this location on Christmas Eve morning and there was no one there so after we ordered instead of giving us the food that had been sitting out on warmers all morning, they had us park and brought us freshly made sandwiches. Rly appreciated that!
Did the 4 for 4 nothing fancy hamberger I asked to make a certain way was missing a few of the ingredients not a deal breaker But the bun was halfway hard as a rock I ended up tossing the bun and putting my food on regular bread when I was at

I've never had any issues at this Wendy's before but the guy at the window today made a big deal about the fact that I smiled when I handed him my card? Called me "Smiles" and was super condescending. What is it with men's obsession with whether or not women smile. Gave me the ick, not going back.

it can get slow during the lunch/dinner rush and right before they close, but that's to be expected. You should check your food before you leave too, cause occasionally they leave out like, fries and small things. They're always really chill about fixing it if they do though

I am very impressed this location I came through and my sandwich was dry and not very good I came back in the next day to tell him about it and no questions no problems at all they just went and made me a whole new meal it was very very impressed with their customer service here definitely
