It's pretty quiet, but maybe that's because I went there late at night. The food is actually delicious, but the service left me a little bit confused - they didn't get my name or give me a order number, so I only knew it was my order when they shouted "your order is ready" because I was the only person there who wasn't already eating.

Group of 5 each ordered individually. It took 10 minutes to get the first person (not too bad) they never ended up taking the order of the fifth person. My friend finally gave up and sat down with us. While in line two separate people came and complained about incorrect orders. As we ate another customer came in by the time we finished eating they left because they never took his order. God bless that man and his empty belly. Valentines decor was cute though.

Went to Wendy's to redeem a Baconator reward. Picture clearly showed a double patty Baconator. When I got my order via drive thru and I went to my home. I saw that it was a single patty. And not a very good one either. I know that it's a free reward, but I would like to get what's shown.

We came from Texas and needed to get food before our movie started and I was super impressed with the service here. We came in the day before Thanksgiving at around 3. The place was clean and the staff was very patient with our group taking forever and trying to decide what to get and changing our minds a lot. They were helpful and even gave recommendations. I know sometimes good experiences with staff at fast food restaurants are hard to find, so I wanted to go out of my way to let the staff there know I was very grateful for how they treated us. The bathrooms were clean and even smelled good.
I used to really like the food but it gets worse every time. They always forget something like nuggets or sauce or straws. This time they felt like my burger needed a hair in it.
