I work nearby and come to this drive through about twice a week, and every time I go Cameron is on the drive through speaker. He always sounds happy, and kind, and greets you with a smile, it's always very welcoming.

I was starving and hoping for a nice juicey hamburger — but instead I got the biggest mess — the hamburger itself been reheated (I used to flip hamburgers in my younger days — I know what a fresh burger looks and tastes like ! Even the cheese I didn’t ask for wasn’t melted — even the lettuce sucked! It’s my last time going there. I took a few bites and threw it in the garbage.

The hamburgers have been overcooked and not really warm. During busy times I think they sandbag the burgers. The Coke machine is great.

Food is decent when they can get your order right. I’ve been here twice now and one out of those two times they got my order wrong. The customer service is severely lacking though. It seems like none of the cashiers understand the rewards app, and you have to repeat your order multiple times before they get your meal or size correct. The cashiers also will just walk away from the register in the middle of your order or after you pay without handing you your receipt.

Questionable handling of food. Saw a guy eating food in the back (without gloves), handling janitorial equipment, and taking orders all without washing hands. Wouldn't recommend this location. Food came out cold, it has been sitting in the warmer for past the recommended time for sure.

It's pretty quiet, but maybe that's because I went there late at night. The food is actually delicious, but the service left me a little bit confused - they didn't get my name or give me a order number, so I only knew it was my order when they shouted "your order is ready" because I was the only person there who wasn't already eating.

The customer service here is impeccable, they definitely go above and beyond to make you feel like you're money is worth what you're getting. The manager and staff are just awesome and I have never had my food taste bad..

Group of 5 each ordered individually. It took 10 minutes to get the first person (not too bad) they never ended up taking the order of the fifth person. My friend finally gave up and sat down with us. While in line two separate people came and complained about incorrect orders. As we ate another customer came in by the time we finished eating they left because they never took his order. God bless that man and his empty belly. Valentines decor was cute though.
