This was by far, the worst meal we have ever had. Meal deal for two bacon cheeseburgers, one drink, one fry, and one small drink. Food was cold, cheese not melted, bacon rubbery, pickles and buns were old. Customer service was 'ok' after I called out for service. We will not eat here again. We did not have time to request a remake, but had the meal been made properly, I wouldn't have to ask.

This place is a joke. They get my order wrong AT LEAST every other time. Got a bacon and cheese potato with chives added. What did they do? Took everything off and gave me a plain potato with chives. By the time I realized, it was too late for me to drive all the way back there. When I called, their two options were to come in the next day for a replacement, or to come in with my card for a refund. Why can’t anything be done over the phone? Guy hung up on me after me asking why it could only be resolved in person.

I work nearby and come to this drive through about twice a week, and every time I go Cameron is on the drive through speaker. He always sounds happy, and kind, and greets you with a smile, it's always very welcoming.

I was starving and hoping for a nice juicey hamburger — but instead I got the biggest mess — the hamburger itself been reheated (I used to flip hamburgers in my younger days — I know what a fresh burger looks and tastes like ! Even the cheese I didn’t ask for wasn’t melted — even the lettuce sucked! It’s my last time going there. I took a few bites and threw it in the garbage.

Food is decent when they can get your order right. I’ve been here twice now and one out of those two times they got my order wrong. The customer service is severely lacking though. It seems like none of the cashiers understand the rewards app, and you have to repeat your order multiple times before they get your meal or size correct. The cashiers also will just walk away from the register in the middle of your order or after you pay without handing you your receipt.
