Very uptight person. The woman with all of the piercings on her face was very uptight. I asked for a little chocolate drizzle on top and she said that’s extra and I said ok that’s fine and then she said that they don’t do that.
She’s obviously just a miserable person and wants to spread that energy onto others.

Okay, everything else was pretty average, but the service was 6 stars.
The cashier saw my AC/DC shirt, and said something like, “OH MY GOSH I LOVE THAT BAND! Well, they’re not like my *favorite* but they’re really good.”
He then proceeded to scream-sing in his best AC/DC impression, “YOU SHOOK ME ALLLLLL NIIIIIIIIGHT LOOOOOONG”

I love the Parmesan Caesar salad and they serve it so quickly.
I ordered a frosty and they served me a frozen frosty. In other words they empty their frosty mix from the machine into cups a few hours before closing, freeze them and serve them. I wanted a fresh soft serve frosty, not a frozen cup. It changes the flavor and texture. Not sure if corporate knows that they do this, but it's false advertising. I asked the employee if they freeze them and she admitted that they do in the evenings.
