I have had many positive experiences at Wingers in the past. This time was a little different. The food and atmosphere were normal. The service was what was different. The wait staff was not as attentive or engaging at this location. I felt that landing an airplane would have been easier that getting the wait staff to my table, two of the meals I ordered had sides of ginger-slaw that were not initially delivered, and I had to show my server it was part of the meals I ordered. I received one small side of slaw. I would have liked to have had my drinks refilled without asking. Next time I go to Wingers it will be a different location.

The overall service was alright, and I appreciated seeing the General Manager actively engaging with guests. However, we did wait quite a while without anyone checking on us, and my husband eventually had to flag down a server. Even after that, there was still a bit of a wait until the host checked in and made sure we were helped.
I’ve enjoyed Wingers on previous visits, but this experience didn’t quite meet the expectations set before. We understand restaurants can be busy or short-staffed at times, so we’re willing to give it another try in the future.

The lady with the blonde curly hair clearly hates her job. We’ve been coming to this location for years and will not be coming back due to the way she treated us
Came here for the first time today, server was the absolute best. She was attentive and checked in on us frequently. The food was decent but I wouldn’t consider anything special. A smaller place than I thought it would be, but overall not mad.

The chicken fingers were somehow, someway, nearly perfect. Crispy, soft inside, no tendons, no fat, nothing. The tenders themselves are seasoned, and the rubs are perfect. The lemon pepper has just enough lemon to be zingy, but not unbearable. The parmesan makes it creamy, but crumbly. We'll seasoned without any rubs as well. Better to eat without any sauces. Very pleasantly surprised. Jen provided us with exceptional service. I am reccomending this place to everyone. Thank you Jen for taking care of us

We waited about 5–10 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. A customer eventually asked the staff if someone was going to seat us, and a blonde curly haired worker casually replied, “Oh yeah, I probably should.” Once we were finally seated, we were told our server would be with us shortly. After 20 minutes, no one had come to our table. Several staff members, including bussers and servers, made eye contact with us but didn’t offer any assistance. At one point, a young employee with black hair looked directly at us, scooped some popcorn, dumped it back out, and walked off into the kitchen. That’s when we decided to leave. We were never served, and most of the staff seemed more interested in joking around in the kitchen or hanging out by the bar than actually doing their jobs.
