Shakes are amazing, was a little long but can complain when it’s busy, the place looked stunning, my only complaint is the bell, there is no sign that says what it does and can be annoying from time to time.

I give service a 3 star because we sat on the "drive-through" for 5 minutes. Then we had to find a place to park and go in.Parking: It's a mall. So it can be very busy.
The treats are quite tasty and unique. It's a bit of a sweetness overload when you combine donuts and ice cream, but it's still good. It's definitely not worth the price, but if you have a bogo coupon, that's more appropriate for what you get.I'd rather get a full meal with leftovers at Taco Bell for the same price as a smash donut.

An absolutely super cute shop with delicious food. I'd seen the simply smashed donuts on Instagram before and I finally convinced myself to try them. Super sweet and tasty and only $10 for 2! Don't pass up on trying this shop. 100% recommend.

While the creative idea likely draws in many new buyers, I don't know if many return. The quality and taste of both donut and ice cream are decent but not good enough to justify the high prices.

The gluten free donuts never disappoint and Patrick was such a wonderful help! We have a lot of allergies and he made sure that we were all taken care of, he even lifted the ice cream tubs to read off the ingredients and allergens. He helped accommodate us and was super nice. Whatever Yonuts is paying him, they need to pay him more!!

I bought a few donuts from here and they were pretty good. I think this gourmet stuff could be a bit better. All of them were fairly dry. I had high hopes but honestly sometimes the business of some of these flavors is too overdone. It's pretty for a picture but it's just diabetes overload. And believe me I LOVE sugar and have a high tolerance for sweet things. I want to give y'all such a good review because I love creative food like this but maybe change the menu a bit, make it a bit more subtle on all the flavors, make the donuts a bit more moist like a cake or more greasy like a Krispy Kreme donut. Even though Krispy Kreme has jacked their prices up, I think they have better donuts. Thanks for the experience tho! The Biscoff donut was pretty delicious.Parking: The parking is so terrible in this whole area. It's not the Yonutz fault.. it's just poorly designed. The corners are so tight and the parking stalls are small. Pulling into a spot can be a pain.
It's a decent, clean place, but the donuts just aren't very good. They're too bready and the glazes range from bad to okay. Go to Lighthouse donuts instead.

Great experience as far as the service and the vibes, but for how good it looked and vs the actual quality of the food it was a shock. Presentation wise it was gorgeous, nearly as good as social media but looks are not the actual food. The ice cream was icy and flavorless, the donut was just a plain donut, no glaze or anything (maybe that's how it supposed to be but I didn't expect it) and the toppings were sub par. For instance the brownie I had was basically a cosmic brownie, which for the $9.69 per donut is pretty abysmal, come on at least do some boxed brownies that are freshly baked or even a day or two old. The chocolate sauce was thicker than molasses and more sugar than chocolate flavor wise, the marshmallows on the s'moreo were toasted but that doesn't help when they're bone dry to start.TLDR it was overpriced and under delivered for the expectations based on the videos I had seen.

I ordered the fruity pebble smash donut and it was ok, just super sweet. When I went to the location in Saratoga Springs I ordered the biscoff smash donut and enjoyed it much more. It may just be personal preference but I love the concept.
