The Orem location is the best Zao in the state. I’ve tried others, but the staff at other locations don’t have the same level of care as this one. Their manager is always so friendly and so is the rest of the staff.

I go to Zao religiously and they are always so kind, the restaurant is so clean, and the food is so delicious! I’ve eaten there, I’ve taken it to go, and I even have experience with delivery. I’ve never been disappointed on quality! 10/10 will always recommend!

Delicious, a little overpricedI love this food! It is delicious, and relatively unique for the area. When ordering online they almost always get my order exactly right and I rarely have to wait past the listed pickup time. It's a little pricey for what you get, but I still enjoy it. I've only eaten inside the actual restaurant once and it was rather hot and loud and the seating was not particularly comfortable.But I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!

The worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was the only one in line and had to repeat myself 4 different times because the crew was too busy laughing to take my order/listen to me .Asked for extra veggies , he continued to add 3 pieces and then proceeded to charge me extra. (The charge is not the issue)
