Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I asked for the wings with no sauce so I could dip them they came out tossed in the sauce and I asked if I could get a new order manager said he can try and wash it off in a aggressive upset manner I rather take the L than have some one mess with my food last time I come in with people like that at the head.

Food was room temp, the chicken pieces were very small and they forgot the sauce

Ordered the chicken sandwich and the amount of sauce that they put on it is just diabolical. Both sides too. Opened the bag to a bag of zax sauce with a side of chicken sandwich. Couldn’t even eat it because the bread basically disintegrated under all the moisture.

They have completely revamped their menu, their selections, and honestly, the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. Raising canes has nothing on this place. ?
They made the best move and brought back the Blue Zalad, and even made it a permanent item! We'll definitely be back on Wednesdays for salad deal day!!

I went to Zaxby's in Orem because today was the last day they were doing their friday 1/2 off 4 finger meal deal, I was told for some reason the deal only goes until 8 and it was 8:30 at the time so I left without ordering. My boss went in earlier for the deal that day and they gave it to him. Chil fil a is only 0.2 miles north on state.

I grew up in Atlanta so I love Zaxby’s. Unfortunately, I’m very hesitant to take friends to this location and prefer to go when I’m visiting my parents. This location is consistently dirty, the staff is short and subtly grumpy, and the chicken is rubbery. This is not the Zaxby’s I grew up on ):

Got the signature chicken sandwich meal. The fries are great, and the taste of the sandwich was great, but the chicken itself had an unpleasant, almost woody texture.
I've enjoyed the fingers, but the sandwich not so much.

Omg!! What happened this location use to be so good… I ordered a salad the veggies were wilted and no egg the chicken was so greasy the overall smell of the salad made me sick, the platter they left off the celery and bread, we waited so long for food we can’t eat. So disappointed if I didn’t live in south provo I would of took it back :( :( :(
