Went there with my daughter today. We ordered the #2 meal and the food was NOT fresh! You can tell it’s been sitting out. The chicken was rubbery! Will not be going back.

This is the so called “funnel cake” that I ordered with my meal. Let me just say it was as hard as a rock an absolutely disgusting to look at. So disappointed and annoyed.

I came in from out of town, never having heard of the chain, and was treated so nicely. Manager made sure to set me up with what must have been 8+ kinds of sauce to try. Absolutely delicious chicken and that Zax sauce was so good that I visited again just to take some back to Chicago.

The service at this Zaxby's is generally very good, I come here pretty often and have only had 1 or 2 negative experiences with the employees. The wings, however, are not sauced almost at all around lunch hours. Anytime I come here from 12-1:30pm, the wings I get are vastly undersauced/mostly dry on the surface, even if I ask for extra sauce. The customer service is great during those hours. The wings are not. I hope that can be fixed.
Pretty consistent food wise and also pretty quick service but that's pre lunch rush when we go. Gets crazy around school lunch time but overall not terrible. Bummer they charge for sauce but who doesn't charge more for anything in this economy. At least they don't force you to tip...yet...

I used to come here a lot. This was my go to lunch place because I work so close. Miriam is the sweetest person ever and is the only reason I'm not giving a 1 star. The 1 star is because a few months, I had someone at the night shift be absolutely rude and disgusting towards me. A lunch cashier forgot to return my card to me so I had to pick it up after work. He told me it's sad that I go there so often and that I should spend my money elsewhere. He was rude and made me feel bad that zaxbys was my comfort food. I think his name was colby? I finally came back today because I didn't want anything else. Miriam and the lady working with her were so nice to me. Also the peach sweet tea is 10/10

Came here to get a large fry, and waited 30 minutes for it. There was only one cashier in the front, and 2 in the back but they were messing around, yelling inappropriate comments towards each other. After I finally got my Large fries they were soggy and way too salty, disappointed in this service, lost a customer.
