After a long day visiting the National Parks, it was nice to slow down, sit, and have a great family meal on our way out of Bryce. In this post-covid summer, we have patience and grace always on our minds. We are visiting from out of town and came here for breakfast on a Thursday morning. The restaurant is clean and our server was great, she was genuinely nice and very attentive. The food was delicious and you get huge portions for the amount of money that you pay. If we weren’t just passing through, I would have loved to check them out for lunch. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to others if the opportunity ever presents itself.
When I'm on a road trip, I am always on the lookout for unique places to check out and make my trip all the more memorable. The Gem is exactly what I'm looking for! A historic theater (around even BEFORE motion pictures!) run by the same family, that still operates as a movie theater. They serve food- and hands down THE best ice cream I've ever had..
