I go here often (not many places to eat around here) and the staff is always friendly, the food is as good (good as any other subway I’ve been to), the atmosphere is as good as it can be for being in a gas station. This subway actually does a good job and is a reliable place to eat in the small town.

If you’re looking to stop here, there are better places, I promise. The service was absolutely horrible and the woman making food was quite rude. She snapped at a group of Asians, telling them to step back so she could help the white people who didn’t know what they wanted yet. The sandwiches weren’t that good, poorly made, and it’s not like she was in a rush to make them. She was taking her sweet time to make a load of rubbish.

When I went here with folks we got two footlong sandwiches. The worker there refused to put extra sauce on a sand wich. Just flatly said no. She could have said we can but will have to charge extra. Poor service. She said the owner won't let them etc. So if the owner sees this you have lost my business and I have been there quite a bit. Maybe figure out how to have real customer service so people will come back.

Absolutely terrible! I asked what time they closed and was told 9 pm. My bus came through at 8:30, AND THEY WERE CLOSED! We specifically asked on our way through earlier and made plans accordingly. Our bus will NEVER stop there again!

I walk in, no greeting whatsoever. Dark haired kid was making 2 online sandwiches, made both sandwiches and still never said a word to me. A lady came in with 2 kids and got the self serve yogurt and went to the gas station counter to pay and were redirected back to the Subway checkout. He left the sandwiches and went and helped them. I legitimately stood there for 5 minutes and he never even looked up at me and said anything. The food looked good but I’ll never know cause I walked off and got food from the gas station side.

The food was of bad quality. I got really bad food poisoning. I was visiting Utah for a trip and I had the whole thing planned but because of the shifty food, the whole trip was ruined for me and my friends. I was supposed to enjoy my Zion trip with my friends, go for hike and enjoy the beautiful red mountains and blue river but all I could do was sit in the toilet at every gas station, trailhead porta potty. I just hate subway now, I am never going to have subway again.

If you are like me and have a spot in your stomach for subway you know it's going to be just what you ordered. I am a fan of some of the rebranding and will continue to enjoy my sandwiches.
Keegan is seriously awesome. I’ve had the chance to be helped by him twice now as I travel to Bryce Canyon, and both times he went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. He’s quick, friendly, and actually seems to care about the people stopping by. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway

Just picked 4 sandwiches for my family. The lady making the sandwiches was rude n not listening to my order request. She kept throwing ingredients like spinach, tomatoes, olives on the breads with no respect for food or customers. She did not make eye contact throughout the time she made the order. Asked her for sauce on side. She appeared annoyed n gave every little sause for foot long n threw the sauce containers on the counter. She was absolutely miserable, rude n disrespectful. If she is not happy working in food service, she should not be on other side of the counter serving food

This is the second time I’ve gone in before 8pm (they close at 9pm) in the last week. Was not greeted or acknowledged for 5 minutes even though the girl working was standing right in front of me. She was yelling at the other 2 people working giving them “directions” for closing down the shop even though it was well over an hour before they closed. And completely disregarded that I was waiting there. Earlier this week when I went in she was eating over the sandwich making station and did not acknowledge that was there for over 5 minutes. Finally when she was done and ready to take my order she was not listening to my order or giving it any of her attention. She was preoccupied trying to instruct the others on how to close down the shop. This time I decided after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged and finally told “we will be with you soon” and then waiting another few minutes that I would take my business elsewhere. Very bad customer service. I am not asking for much, I just want a sandwich. She was way to concerned to get the shop closed than she was at helping me with my order
