My husband took our 4 kids and me for lunch on a Saturday. Everyone ordered something different. My 2 and 4 year old had the chicken quesadilla. My 8 year old had tacos de asada and chorizo. My 14 year old had the beef burrito which he loved! My husband had tacos and nachos (we all helped eat the nachos they were so delicious!) I had tacos, beef, chorizo and al pastor, which was just amazing!

We stumbled upon this lovely looking food truck on our way to Bryce Canyon from Zion not expecting very much. HOLY COW! The food was incredibly fresh, the service was nice (the owner's daughter), and the chef/owner came out to chat while we were eating. We probably won't find ourselves in the area again, but if you do, definitely pull over and have a bite to eat. You will not be disappointed at all. There were 6 of us and we had tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and Cokes in bottles! Sorry no photos — we were so hungry - and the food was so good - that we quickly devoured everything.

We had driven for 10 hours. As we pulled into the RV park, we saw Tacos El Alpha. We got our RV set up and then walked to the food truck. Some locals had just arrived and ordered. The owner had started to clean up for the day. She was very nice and treated us like family. The food was wonderful! The prices are very reasonable. What a nice find in a small town.

We'd just driven down from Montana and these are the best tacos and nachos we've had on this trip. Park in the pull-out on the side of the road. You won't be disappointed.

Best meal I’ve had in both Zion and Bryce parks. Affordable given the area too. Burritos were a hit. If you like chorizo too, you’ve found your place.

After driving all day we found this lovely gem in the RV park. We had a little bit of everything. It was so good! Nice and fresh, perfect amount of heat. Their daughter was so cute and did a great job taking our order. Mom was super friendly too. We thought the tacos and quesadilla were as good as Tucsons maybe even better!!! Eat here!!
