We usually love Cafe Rio, however this location does have the worst ratings in the State. :/
If you go through the drive-thru make sure you tell them to add the meat that you're paying $12 for to your meals, otherwise your salad or burrito will come without or with an extremely small amount of meat.

This is our third time having to return our food after getting home and being disappointed...

Please train you staff on correct portions. Thanks

The crew working today at 2:20 was awesome! The portions were perfect, the staff was friendly and the cashier was so nice. The whole experience was great! Definitely will be eating here again.

Went through the drive through, asked for a smothered burrito/enchilada style, asked for no pico, yes to the lettuce and asked for cilantro then asked for a side of guac and tomatillo dressing. Didnt get dressing, guac or cilantro and got pico. Added my own sour cream once I was home since I didn’t get my dressing.

Update after a few bites. I don’t know how, maybe not enough liquid but the tortilla tasted stale and was crumbly. Quite a disappointment all around.

The people are very nice and the food is better than normal! I love coming to this location, and so do my kids!

My son loved his kids meal, the rice was perfect, the beans were yummy and they packed his quesadilla to perfection!

I go to this Cafe rio a lot. Usually its really good but lately its gone down hill. Ill order in the drive-through and they will forget part of my order 80% of the time and ill have to run back in and grab it. This last time I used my points and I was very upset. I usually get a burrito with lettuce and Pico on the side. This last time using my points, they hardly put any lettuce and Pico. For the price I pay often, im very annoyed that they charge so much and then skimp out on providing the actual meal.

Wow! I’m not sure who that was who helped me put together my nachos, but GD! He was such a nice guy, loaded my nachos up very beautifully and made me feel like an appreciated customer! Definitely recommend!!💯

I’ve had trouble with them doing my rewards. I wanted to use four times of points and she said she scanned it but she didn’t and so I didn’t get my four times points. This is the second time I had issues. The first time is when they took the money out of the wallet instead of doing the four times points.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “Mexican” restaurant i’ve been to different café Rios before and they were perfectly fine but this one might make me only trust Costa Vida I hope that there was just someone new behind the counter 9/6/25
