I would rather drive to Spanish fork than visit this location. Food taste stale and portion sizes are the worst I’ve even experienced at costa, I will not be returning to this location.

My husband and I ate here last Tuesday. we both got a meal that included sweet pork. We both ended up with food poisoning. We have eaten here countless times and never had this happen. I have now come to learn Several people have gotten food poisoning from here. The latest review also had the same Problem. They obviously need to fix their food safety and cleanliness problems. So gross.

The food is great. I had a chicken salad. My husband loved the shrimp burrito.
Normally I've had no problems with costa vida in Payson, UT, the last few times I've had my usual chicken nachos its been put together like they don't even care. It literally looked like they just filled it with chips then dumped half a scoop of cheese, beans, and chicken right in the middle of the plate. This costa vida is the closest one I can go to because I live a half hour away. So to get home after a long day and eager to enjoy some nachos only to find out it looks like this just puts me off the whole thing.

Ordered their new honey butter shrimp tacos. Terrible! Each taco had four small shrimp, no seasoning, no honey butter sauce, no lettuce, virtually nothing! Only a tiny bit of melted cheese. Absolutely terrible.

I made a specific request due to dietary restrictions. I asked for a taco with no cheese. I also wanted the tortilla not to be placed on the grill with the meat. Because I prefer my tacos to not be crunchy.
She didn't listen! She threw the tortilla, meat, and cheese on. I was trying to be accommodating so she didn't have to throw it away.
I said, Let's make it two tacos now. I will keep the one you already made. But, I want this second one very specific. No cheese, and do not put the tortilla on the grill with the meat. I asked if she understood my order. She says she did.
She takes the second taco with my meat and puts it on the grill...At least this time it was without cheese. Now I can at least eat it. But, it's going to be a crunchy taco that I do not like. I was extremely frustrated but didn't want to make a scene.
I get no other toppings or ingredients. I only ask for five limes to go with my now TWO tacos.
There are only three lime wedges in the container. You guessed it. That was exactly all I received was three limes.
It's going to take me months if not years to recover from how disappointed I am today.
