I walk in around 1:30 pm on friday to get cookies with my daughter and i walk in and one of the older workers was was being extremely rude to the workers and yelling a little bit and she looks at us and very rudely asks what we what we were doing there. it felt very unwelcoming and i don’t think ill be coming back to this crumbl. ruined my whole experience. would give zero stars of if i could. very disappointed.

The cookie selection lacks consistency, with frequent changes and an overwhelming number of flavors. It’s frustrating when you find a favorite cookie only for it to disappear, and not come around again for a long time. More stability in the flavor offerings would improve my rating.

To the 2 ladies that worked the night of Oct 12 I wanted to say I am truly sorry. My course of action that evening was terrible and inexcusable. I was way too hasty and I lacked patience and I should have just waited. I feel very bad for what I did yet you two showed me kindness even for what I did. I am very thankful for that even though I felt like scum. Me and my family really enjoyed the cookies and I am thankful for what you guys did for me that day. I am very sorry and I hope you guys have an amazing day!
This is my second time coming here but i will definitely not be coming back. First time i came here the workers weren’t the nicest but i assumed they just had a long day. Then Came in at 8:30 pm for some cookies for the second time and the girl who was working had such an attitude. she didn’t greet me and just came up to me and said “do you have a pick up” and i said yes and she said “name” and i gave her my order name and she tossed the cookies on the counter, didn’t even open it to check if they were okay and turned around and said “bye” with an attitude. i’ve worked at food places and i’ve never no matter what have ever talked to a customer like that. i’m not the kind of person to write bad reviews but she was extremely unprofessional and i hope they can get these problems fixed.
