The cookie selection lacks consistency, with frequent changes and an overwhelming number of flavors. It’s frustrating when you find a favorite cookie only for it to disappear, and not come around again for a long time. More stability in the flavor offerings would improve my rating.

To the 2 ladies that worked the night of Oct 12 I wanted to say I am truly sorry. My course of action that evening was terrible and inexcusable. I was way too hasty and I lacked patience and I should have just waited. I feel very bad for what I did yet you two showed me kindness even for what I did. I am very thankful for that even though I felt like scum. Me and my family really enjoyed the cookies and I am thankful for what you guys did for me that day. I am very sorry and I hope you guys have an amazing day!

This is my second time coming here but i will definitely not be coming back. First time i came here the workers weren’t the nicest but i assumed they just had a long day. Then Came in at 8:30 pm for some cookies for the second time and the girl who was working had such an attitude. she didn’t greet me and just came up to me and said “do you have a pick up” and i said yes and she said “name” and i gave her my order name and she tossed the cookies on the counter, didn’t even open it to check if they were okay and turned around and said “bye” with an attitude. i’ve worked at food places and i’ve never no matter what have ever talked to a customer like that. i’m not the kind of person to write bad reviews but she was extremely unprofessional and i hope they can get these problems fixed.

I placed an order for delivery through the website and I was charged. My daughter had a rough first day at school and I was at work all evening in another city. I wanted to cheer her up and Crumbl cookies are a big treat for her. I waited and waited for the happy phone call but never got it... so I called the store and asked if there was a problem. The girl at the store said Door Dash stopped picking up orders days ago but I could come get the cookies if I wanted. I asked for a refund which she obliged.(i'll update when or if I actually get it) Now I just want to say how incredibly disappointed I am with this store. If they never intended on delivering the cookies why on earth didn't they give me a call or send a text? Were they just planning on keeping my money and hoping I wouldn't notice? You guys really blew it tonight and lost a long time customer. Way to go.

Payson Crumbl is PHENOMENAL!! They are so fast and are so polite. The employees there are so sweet! Every time I go I am always welcomed and always leave with a smile on my face. Seriously they are the best!

If there is another crumbl in your area, I highly recommend ordering from another store. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We ordered a box of four cookies, received the box via DoorDash and opened the box (the seal was not broken) and found only 3 cookies. We called the store to politely ask for a refund. The employee, with no apology told us to come in and get the cookie that was missing and we would be reimbursed. We decided not to waste time to go to the store to get only one cookie. About 20 minutes later my husband received a call from the store stating they checked their cameras and it shows there were four cookies in our box when it was assembled. My husband confused told them once again we only had three cookies and the box was sealed when we opened it. The employee then repeated in very rude tone that they checked their camera and it shows them putting the cookie in the box and sealing it. By this time my husband isn’t going to sit and fight with a stranger over a cookie. But what is upsetting is the way we were spoken to as if we were lying. To whoever manages/owns this franchise, I highly recommend you seek better employees. Very disrespectful and rude

I'm a big fan of crumble. I'm glad the rewards aren't a hassle and the service is fast and friendly. The only thing I could recommend for improvement is the bday wrapping. Let's face it, the elastic bow and sticker are kinda lame. And .. I don't think it should cost as much. A ribbon bow wrapped around and tied takes like one minute tops to do, or even a stick on bow would look so much nicer. I still love the cookies! But... I will bring my own bow for gift wrap ?.
