We placed a fully paid for online delivery with four items. Once delivered we received 1 correct item, 1 incorrect, and missing 2 things. When we called they said they would redeliver the missing items, but when the second driver arrived we were told we still needed to pay.. for what was already paid for. I get that mistakes happen, but for this not being our first issue here. I just had to give forewarning for others.

I’m not one to write negative reviews but, I have never felt more uncomfortable just trying to pay and pick up pizzas. No one greeted me as I walked in or even got to the counter. The front girl just looked at me, didn’t say anything. I told her my name and she grabbed our ordered, still not saying a thing. Didn’t tell me my total, and just stood there. I gave her $100 in cash to pay for our food and they didn’t seem to have the change and was having an hard time finding a solution. (Which they never communicated that to me as I was standing right there). This whole transaction was uneasy, awkward, and so unprofessional. I don’t think we will go back! Food was okay, sloppily put together.

Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, it had no sauce, only eight pieces of chicken and a few clumps of bacon. It was so dry. Not good.

Food is good. The app for ordering as well as the monitor is always wrong about when your order is ready. The app and the screen will say your order I ready but has not even gone Into the oven. I have no idea how the patent pending tech is supposed to even function if the one thing it is supposed to do it does not do well.
That being said, we usually enjoy our pizza we get from here. It’s my favorite pizza place in Payson.

ALYSE the manager at the Payson Dominos is extremely rude and should not be in a managerial position. I was having a problem putting an online order in and instead of helping me she decided to tell me that there was nothing more she could do for me and that she could not help take my order. Everything had to be done online, even though the site was down at the time. Horrible customer service would not recommend Payson Dominos.

this is by far the worst dominos in all of utah county. never gets my order right, does nothing to try and resolve the issue. employees getting on their phones in front of customers and then go back to touching the food without washing hands or any glove use. how is this place still open ?
