PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Waited 30 minutes past the “order ready” time. When I asked about the order, I was told “5 minutes”. All while 5 more unhappy/uncomfortable people waited with no help. I left without my order and received a call from a friend who was also waiting. He stated that both managers were UNPROFESSIONAL and had a terrible attitude, when he asked to talk to one, especially the one with pink hair. Whoever owns this franchise, you lost 2 clients permanently.
PS: my friend actually got his order and found a hair with it.

FIRE THE LONGHAIRED BLONDE GUY!
After notifying the app that she was here for carry out, the employee didn’t bring it out. My wife goes in, is told the app is wrong and that her order isn’t ready. He looks through all their orders and can’t find it. 20 MINUTES LATER…he discovers that this whole time he has had a carry out order already made, walks outside with it, and discovers it’s our order after my wife tells him. She got cold pizza and had to deal with a very very unintelligent guy. Fire the blonde longhaired guy who worked 12/12/25 in the evening!

This is the third time I have ordered here recently and all three times, my order was wrong. My pizza didn't have the buffalo sauce on it that I ordered, it also has what appears to be light cheese and light toppings. I also didn't order onions and there were onions on it. The dough was incorrectly proofed or expired because it was hard. The stuffed cheesy bread barely had cheese in it. I used to work for Dominos as a manager and this pizza is not a good quality pizza. This pizza tasted terribly and so did the cheesy bread. I ordered a second pizza which I didn't take a picture of but it also was not cheesed properly and the crust wasn't good.

I always enjoy my food here, have come here for years and always been happy!! But today, I was soo…..atrociously disappointed with the service tonight. In that I mean, a blonde, long haired guy began to berate, and put down another woman working with him verbally. Not only incredibly rude, but included very very unfavorable terms such as “retarded”… very uncomfortable and not something that should be being said around, nor heard by paying guests.. my heart broke for her. No one deserves to be talked to that way. Period.

waited over 45 minutes for our order that was placed 20 minutes before we went in. when we finally received it it was incorrect. absolutely ridiculous for a small town chain.

I don’t think anybody talks in here. I’m trying to have a friendly conversation with the employees, asking”how’s ur day going?” And just getting stares like I’m crazy. First it says my order is complete then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes then completely missing my chicken on the new spicy chicken ranch. If I wait so much time I wouldn’t mind as much as long as my food is made correctly but this is crazy. I been coming here for years and never had anything like this happen like. Who are you guys hiring?

Would submit a zero if possible. Ordered the 16 pc parmasean bites. Got 11. Waited 15 minutes after it was ready to get it. No customer service at all. Extremely dirty counters and floor. Disgusting experience.
