ALYSE the manager at the Payson Dominos is extremely rude and should not be in a managerial position. I was having a problem putting an online order in and instead of helping me she decided to tell me that there was nothing more she could do for me and that she could not help take my order. Everything had to be done online, even though the site was down at the time. Horrible customer service would not recommend Payson Dominos.

Made the mistake of selecting no sauce on my pizza and called to see if I could get a cup of sauce to go with. They were awesome and said they would remake them for us since they weren’t too busy at the moment. Incredible customer service and super kind employees!!!

I love dominos pizza, so it pains me to write a nore negative review. The food was good, as usual. However, I placed the order in the app at 6:24pm and the app told me the pizza would be ready in 8-13 minutes, so I drove there. But then I was waiting and waiting and the tracker status wasn’t updating. I waited for 30 minutes! I’m not mad about the wait, I’m mad that the app didn’t just say something like “sorry for the longer wait, your pizza will be ready at ____(time).”
Also the parking lot here SUCKS. Especially if it’s during a busy time!
Parking: One of the entrance/exits is super steep and not very wide so I get nervous every time because I don’t want another car to come while I’m coming/going. The other entrance/exit is on the busy road. The parking stalls are small so if it’s full it’s super hard to get out of the car or open the door wide enough to fit boxes of pizza inside.

Order never is how it’s supposed to be this location has gone downhill! Can’t get the toppings right and can’t even get buffalo wings without being bone dry and a teaspoon of sauce for an 8 pc if I wanted dry wings I would order plain wings. Do better dominos

Absolutely horrendous service! Not only was my order not attempted to even be delivered because the girls were "unsure of the address" (even though GPS is a thing!!) but I had to drive TO THE STORE because they wouldn't answer the phone because they had music blasting in the store like they were partying... Then I got my pizza (which was cold by the time I even got to the store...) they didn't even attempt to make the situation right. Handed me my pizza and just walked away... Definitely not ordering from Dominos ever again.

The employee at the front desk was super unfriendly it was like pulling teeth. Also I ordered a pizza with banana peppers and got maybe 5 on the entire pizza. So very disappointing

Ordered on the app and it was ready within the expected timeframe. However one of the pizzas on the order was not made correctly so we took the incorrect pizza inside for them to remake it. After the second try it was still made incorrectly (with the same mistake as the original) and we had to wait for them to remake it again the third time, all without anything done to try to make it right. It’s frustrating that the rest of our pizzas were cold by the time we got home and that we had to wait around 30 minutes for them to correct it not only once but twice!

I have had many issues with this particular Dominos in the past. Most of the time it was incorrect orders and I chalked it up to individuals being overworked. However, my recent order was never delivered. I tried to call the store several time but the phone was never answered or I was hung up on. I know that things get busy but this is a much harder thing to excuse especially with no easy refund option. This will be the last time I order from this branch and would encourage others to look elsewhere for pizza delivery in Payson.

If you’re looking for a surprise meal instead of the one you ordered then this is the place to go. This is the 4th time in a row (over the course of a few months) that our order has been completely wrong. I’m not sure how this happens every time. But we are done spending $20-70 for food that won’t get eaten.
